Overall we like the dishwasher but not sure about the third rack (not very high so won't hold anything with any size). The bottom rack also has one row of fold down tines which we hate. Have anchored the silver tray over the last tine so it won't fold down and can be used properly for plates. We don't use enough bowls for the fold-down tines to be of any use for us. If we had known about the fold-down tines when we were looking at dishwashers we would not have chosen this model. Also, the dark interior is horrible -- can't see anything inside!

We love this dishwasher. It is as quiet as can be and cleans even the dirtiest of dishes. It’s not picky about what type of detergent you use, and Best Buy’s technicians installed it for us with no issue.

This dishwater has performed outstanding. starting on the loudness, efficiency and variety of cycles to wash dishes and silverware

This dishwasher is awesome! I just put it on Auto and let it go. By far the quietest dishwasher I've ever had or heard. Love the third rack for lids, knives, and small miscellaneous items. The install was pretty easy, I did it myself and I have a very bad back. The drying works very well, the stainless interior really locks in the heat. And, oh yeah, the dishes come out spotless! Put this one on your short list!

We've been using this dishwasher for about one month. Runs very well and you can barely hear it running. No problems to date.

Whirlpool just makes a great product & Best Buy was an easy experience, with helpful staff at that answered all my qestions.

It is very nice, cleans very nicely oh and did I say quiet. It’s amazing. Looks great in the kitchen and has an extra rack for all utility pieces. I just love all of my Whirlpool kitchen products.

Like being able to raise second rack for larger items on bottom rack. It runs quietly - put on my hearing aid trying to pick up the noise level. Regardless, it is quiet running appliance. Only drawback is it doesn't quite fit within the depth available under my counter. Sticks out a couple of inches, enough so that I can read the panel on top. Not a big deal.

This is a beautiful dishwasher and so far everything's amazing. Everything comes clean and hot dry. Very little noise. Only issue it takes me a few tries every time to put the dishwasher pod in place.

This is quiet, looks great, and cleans very well. well. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of how long the wash cycles take (a normal cycle takes 3+ hrs), which needs to include a hot dry cycle too (30 mins or more) because otherwise dishes are quite wet at the end of the cycle.

Glad I decided to spend the extra money and purchase this model. Has been working great and I love having a 3rd rack!

So far so good. I’ve only done one load at this time. Dishes were clean. This dishwasher replaced same model that was only 5 years old. A wheel broke off the top rack and was not replaceable. I priced a top rack and it was ridiculously pricey, so I replaced the dishwasher since my kitchen has Whirlpool appliances.

Works great, very quiet, and I enjoy the top shelf for things like reusable straws or chopsticks that typically fall through the cutlery holes. It doesn’t clean as thoroughly as our older dishwasher but that one got so hot it melted it’s internal parts so it’s probably a good thing that this is a little cooler.

This dishwasher was SO quiet I hardly knew it was running! I didn't like the handle because it stuck out from the counter farther than my old one and I kept bumping into it. I also found that the 3rd rack wasn't as appealing as I thought it would be. I swapped this for a Maytag, 2 rack, front control that was a little cheaper.

I purchased this dishwasher on October 7th, 2021. It did an amazing job cleaning dishes, was amazingly quiet, and I was in love with it. I thought it was a great purchase for approximately 3 weeks. Then it stopped cleaning the dishes. The soap, both liquid and packets, would remain on the door or at the bottom of the dishwasher and the dishes were dirty. I then contacted Whirlpool for warranty service. It took 2 weeks to get a technician out. The technician came out on November 18th and said they were having a lot issues with this model. The issues ranged from the pump to the dishwasher motor which was the issue in my case. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the parts. As of now, I am still awaiting the parts and the repair after 2 weeks since the technician's visit. My recommendation is save yourself the headache and dish pan hands and buy a different model. At this point with the urgency they are treating my issue, I would suggest a different brand other than Whirlpool. I went with them because I considered them to be reliable but it does not seem to be the case. Now, if you enjoy doing dishes by hand while waiting for parts and repairs this is the dishwasher for you. Sincerely, A Frustrated Purchaser

This dishwasher is beautiful and functional. Bery happy with my choice. The black stainless is very chic.

It was easy to install and it's quiet. I wish it beeped when it hits the dry cycle, but the blue light does turn red. I like to let it air dry and towel dry what needs it. I've had no issues. I wish it was connected on the app so I could start it when desired.

The best buy employees were great. They installed everything within 10-15 minutes while removing my previous dish washer without any issues. They showed each portion of the dishwasher and best parts. They were polite and courteous.

Excellent installation service from Best Buy. Although we have owned this dishwasher for less than a month, we really like it. The dishes get very clean, and the third rack on top is great for silverware because there is much less bending. If the dishwasher is dependable with a long life, we will be very pleased.
