Process was easy ordered online and picked up in store. Installation was straightforward for a dishwasher. Replaced a 10+ year old Maytag that went out. Like the stainless steel tub.it’s quieter than the one it replaced. Only time will tell if it’s a good buy.

The installer was great. He was careful and put in the new one and took out the old one with no scratches or bumps. He was quick and efficient. He tested the dishwasher and made sure it was working. Very pleased with the service.

Work well and looks well. Quiet operations with clean finish. Definitely an improvement in technology with the last dishwasher that came with the house from 2009. Night and day difference in performance, operation and overall close to silent operation.

Whirlpool is the only name i refer and client asked to replace dishwasher. unit install fairly easy, just that frames are now plastic instead of metal. Don't know if she will use top rack but it is there. Delivery was poor to my house. Changed times 3x so not happy to waste 1/2 day waiting, and still missed time. Delivered after 7 pm. just glad not all afternoon at clients house waiting.

Outstanding dishwasher! We had a $2000 Thermador prior to rechoosing our Whirlpool This dishwasher is so quiet you have to stand next to it to see if its on. The dishes come out completely clean. We highly recommend this dishwasher.

It's a great dishwasher that cleans very thoroughly. I like top rack for baby bottles. It saves me so much time from manually handwashing every bottles.

Love this product ! Initially when it was delivered we saw it was damaged so we had to exchange it. It was like a gift letdown at Christmas. But when the replacement came I couldnt wait to see if and use it. Thank you... his wife.

This dishwasher is AMAZING! It is super quiet (and my 13 yo dishwasher, I thought, was quiet). It dries even my plastic containers. The top third rsck is just so-so. Does not dry easily. But, yes, I love this bigger, better, quieter machine!

Love this dishwasher. The third top rack is perfect for all those small items that can slip through the cracks. Quiet and efficient.

Dishwasher runs a lot better and quieter than the previous ones. I enjoy setting the delay down to the specific hour. I didn't think I'd use the 3rd rack but it's actually very helpful especially during the holiday season when the load of dishes increased. And so far the dishwasher doesn't have any issues when not in use for a couple of weeks.
