That being said, it is a good looking, dependable machine. I bought it on black friday so the price was perfect. It seems to clean very well. Entry level with high end looks. Good deal.

It is so quiet when it is running...you can barely hear it. My dishes get super clean. I love the silverware rack that fits on the door...very easy to load.

I bought it Dec 2022 and it will need two service calls because it stops cleaning due to food particles or any of those barcode stickers partially coming off and getting stuck in the the water hole that shoots out of the jet arm

No complaints except for how do they sale a machine without all the parts necessary to install it? You would think the $5 brass fitting needed for incoming water would be included.
