Needed a replacement quick but was limited on cash and this did the trick. It is very quiet and does a fantastic job cleaning. I only hate that you can’t move silverware basket around. It only stays on the door which is a pain. You have to load everything else before replacing the basket.

Came well boxed and packaged, quick to install, and had all the required hoses and fittings need to swap out my old one. First use I gave it the test by tossing in some dishes that were not pre rinsed and sat out - Cleaned them right up no sweat. Run cycle is a little long but I would rather have 1 long cycle that cleans that 3 that don't.

Fantastic price, good design; not as heavy duty as more expensive machines, but much better quality/price value than the competition, and the salesperson was extremely helpful and thorough. Very much appreciate the price-match effort.

I purchased an open box item. Normally I'm not disappointed however the dishwasher was delivered and because of the old dishwasher hook up didn't meet standards, I asked him to leave it and I'd install.
I unwrapped the casing and found no kickplate. It also didn't have a blanket so as you may imagine, this is very loud.
That's a Beat Buy issue, not a dishwasher issue.
It cleans well, it's a bit smaller but that doesn't change the effectiveness of the wash. I like the design, it's simple with plenty of wash options.

Is today's fast life, the convenience of a great dish washer is a must. This particular model is quiet when in operation and easy to use. The internal space accommodates all of my pots and pans with ease. So far, no complaints or dislikes at all.

A Definite Upgrade with Some Faults

Overall, the quality in comparison to the model we had before is way nicer, but I wish it was bigger and the wire racks were more evenly spaced out. There's a couple of pieces that keep popping out, like the spring that holds the door down and the side pieces that keep the wire racks from sliding out, which is annoying to have to re-do every couple of weeks. Sometimes it can be finicky about drying completely, but we've had less pods bust in the dishwasher and no more residue on our kitchenware. The best feature on it honestly is having the lock button on it so that my toddler can't start the dishwasher on a whim. :)

Unfortunately I have recently had to put three of these exact units into three rental properties I have, all within a few months. I purchased them because they have lots of great reviews from users and Consumer Reports plus its from a manufacturer I have had luck with; Whirlpool who also makes Kitchen Aid. I think the value is good. I can tell you installation is easy, you will need an 3/4” to 3/8” hose type brass adapter that is $4 or so and easy to find at the hardware store. It’s a very lightweight unit and seems kinda cheaply built but it’s low cost too. I recommend taking the insulation off your old machine and adding it to this one because it does not come with much sound deadening. For stone counters it doesn’t really come with a mount method. You can epoxy glue the provided brackets to the underside of counter but it is not really set up to screw the sides into the cabinets. I did screw into the sides anyway but you have be very careful to not over screw as it will go right through the thin plastic or distort it and cause it to leak, not recommended.

The dishwasher functions as expected, and has good capacity. The controls are easy to operate, and the timer settings are convenient. It's also very quiet compared to the older unit we replaced - we used to be able to hear the dishwasher running from the back of the house, and now it's unnoticeable.

This dishwasher was delivered promptly and it was very easy to install. It is a lot quieter than my old one. The dishes come out sparkling clean. The only issue was that it is smaller than expected. I can’t fit as many dishes but for the price it works for me. I would definitely buy again.

Replacing what I thought was great Samsung unit which quit working after a few months. This unit is similar in appearance and features. Quiet, room for plenty of dishes and easy to use. Exterior cleans easily.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am. This machine worked well enough for 20 months and then died. Yup, just up and died. The repairman came out and said it was the Control Board. Which wasn't even available anymore, but would cost around $200-$300 including labor. The repairman threw up his hands and said "Honestly, I wouldn't spend another dime on this."
Not even 3 years old and it's garbage! I had tired of buying used dishwashers off craigslist and finally took the plunge on a new appliance. And this is what I get?? An appliance that lasts less than 2 years after it's 1-year manufacturer's warranty?
BUYER BEWARE. There are no dishwashers made anymore that will last 25 years like they used to. They are ALL cheaply made components, using plastic wherever possible, and with too many electronics subject to failure in the moist, hot environment of dishwashing. For my next appliance, I bought another Whirlpool (because there are NO other options) and just paid for a 5-year extended warranty from the retailer for $165. Because I'm betting there is NO WAY this piece lasts more than 4 years, so I'll let the warranty underwriter buy me a new one at that point. Lesson learned.

Purchased as a Black Friday deal for our new house. It was relatively easy to install, though we needed to order a longer discharge hose than the one it came with. Stainless steel door looks nice and the buttons on the outside are simple enough to understand. When we first ran it, there was some spots on glassware and one or two bowls that weren't completely clean. It may be a combination of the detergent being used and making sure to not pack the dishwasher too much but it works. Will probably get another dishwasher that is stainless outside and inside in the future (inside tub of this is plastic) but on a budget it's a good dishwasher that gets the job done.

Cleans very good the only complaint is that the door does not want to open all of the way making it difficult to slide out the bottom rack. The dishwasher is balanced and the door springs are on the loosest setting. The door springs are so loose that the door wants to open on its own when it is not all the way shut. And still the door does not want to open all the way it has to be pushed down so the lowest tray can slide out

My opinions of dishwashers dropped dramatically after my experience with an $800 on sale price LG dishwasher, it was terrible, couldn't clean very well and broke down constantly,! BUT! this dishwasher cleans great! is quieter! and considerably cheaper!

This is a fairly nice dishwasher. Easy to install on your own. It’s very quiet (as long as you use the sound dampening blanket included). Very good cleaning action.
My only gripe is that it doesn’t dry all that well.
My plates and silverware are usually still a bit wet, so I have to dry them by hand. No hard water spots at least.

I read numerous reviews on several different sites before purchasing this dishwasher. The negative reviews seemed to be user error. The only reason why my dishes would not be totally dry is because I didn't place the dish in the washer properly or that the item has a dip on the top ie: drink pitcher has one and no matter how it's placed in the washer it won't 100% be dry. No big deal, we just use a towel before putting it away.
Once I realize the washing is done and the "clean" light is on, I prop open the door to air dry the rest of the way. I don't need to, but I personally do. With the door closed, it's a sealed tub, essentially, so that condensation can't dry within the sealed washer.
This unit is incredibly quiet. We've run it several times while we have friends over, where we socialize in the kitchen and not once have we been disturbed by the sound level. Most of the time we don't even realize it's on! We hadn't had a dishwasher for at least three years because the last unit we had cost about $3 every single time we ran it, which with infants was at least once a day. It became too expensive to run. This unit cost us pennies each use! We are extremely satisfied with our purchase!
