The top shelf can accommodate taller glasses and vases, and I can get a lot more plates and bowls on the lower rack. Dishes I had to soak before come out cleaner without soaking.

Installation was breeze, except we noted that the new dishwasher wasn't relieved in the back as the previous one was so therefore it isn't flush with the cabinets because of the rear electrical socket. Other than that, we are happy so far with the job it does on our dishes and love the quietness.
