Was very happy with the ordering, the timing, the deliver service people were wonderful, but then.....something about the drainage pipes were not included in the dishwasher so it couldn't be hooked up. But not to worry, we should be able to get them quickly and come back and install. That was a month ago and no word. Called and they had no record of it but would get right on it. Hmmm, time of survey was interesting. We shall see...
