I love the look of the refrigerator, the middle refrigerator drawer is a nice new featur helps to keep organized. We have only had it for 3 weeks but have no issues so far. Would definetley recommend. Love it!

I still need to learn all the buttons on the door and would've liked a tutorial at the store or by the delivery guy, but I do like the frig.

I purchased this fridge as a package with a range microwave and dishwasher. I sold my home about six months after purchase and absolutely miss this fridge!! Would by again in a heartbeat!!

Love the auto water dispense option. The middle drawer is perfect for snacks and drinks for the kids to access.

We had a very reliable 14 year old Whirlpool side by side that was the last of our Bisque colored appliances. That gave us the incentive to go for this 4 door in Ice White. Replacing a working appliance was out of character for me, but my wife couldn't wait. Anyway, I'm really happy we made the change. Where to begin? The water and ice dispenser is so much better. Smaller cubes fit in glasses better, and the water volume is tripled. I installed a whole house water filter with a charcoal element a few years ago just for the fridge. I knew I didn't need the filter that came with the unit, so I just left the block off piece where it was. This may help explain the great water flow. The instructions noted it might take up to 24 hours for the first batch of ice. After just a couple of air bubbles were cleared from the supply line, we had ice in less than an hour. It's important to let the unit cool down before first use, and since we still had a working unit, I waited the recommended 24 hours. I noted it actually took less than 12 hours to pull it down to the point it cycled off. My old unit had the old 40 watt appliance bulb that was normal for 2004. If you haven't seen an LED lit refrigerator, you will be amazed at how well it works. Even the ice and water dispenser has 3 positions, plus the lighting comes on automatically when you use it. The bottom of the main refrigerator area is clear tempered glass, and allows you to see into the pull out drawer if you've left a little space to do so. The pull out drawer is rather large, holding heads of lettuce and cabbage, a good thing since the crispers are tiny. All in all we are very happy so far. Let's hope this new machine is as trouble free as our old one!

No complaints.. lots of space and love the water dispenser. It measures how much water you take out. Love it!!

My review is based on three weeks of owning this unit. I have been on the hunt for Refrigerator for a while. I have been waiting to find a one with qood quality and price and i found one when i visited BestBuy. This unit has three sections. I loved the fact that it has seperate meat and produce compartment and has good amount of space to store meat, veggies and fruits. You don't have to open the entire door of the refrigerator to take a piece of produce.

The new refrigerator has more room than our old refrigerator, doesn't leak, and provides ice and water! Love it!

I love my new fridge we got a great price on it and it has so much room and I love having the ice and water

A little expensive for our budget but very spacious. Still getting used to the fingerprint issue on doors.

Old refrig broke and needed a new one asap. Love french doors and the draw. Runs a bit cold which isn't a huge issue

This great four door fridge has many opportunities to organize your groceries. The doors each have movable shelves and one shelf in the right door will hold gallons of milk. I absolutely love the middle drawer which has 3 separate sections to organize the foods you use most often; like cheese, yogurts, sodas, etc. The only drawbacks I have noticed is a lack of dedicated egg storage and enclosed butter storage. I love this fridge!

I have owned several fridges in my life,this is by far my favotite.. very roomy. it held two other fridges stuff in it when we bought it

This refrigerator was everything I expected and the delivery service was great. Best Buy doesn't really advertise their appliance sales but they should. They are good at it. Great price.

Best Buy delivery was prompt, professional and friendly. After researching online, went into Pacific Sales just to see fridge in person. It was delivered in 2 days and Yes it is the perfect refrigerator for us. Lots of room, shelves and room inside doors. 1st time with a bottom freezer or French doors and we love it. Also bought on sale and believe it was truly one of those best buys you get occasionally.

The delivery process was less than acceptable, but Best Buy compensated me for my troubles. Love this fridge! Had it for 2 months now, no issues. I'm a big fan of the touch settings for water dispensing. Was limited in my selection because of the fridge location in my house (corner). Going from a 2 door fridge/freezer to a 2 door/2 drawer fridge/freezer...wish we had done this a long time ago!

after initial unit stopped cooling replacement unit has been trouble free. bought warranty extension for piece of mind due to hard water and old wiring.

We love this refrigerator! It's not only beautiful, but it's also big and roomy. I love having the middle drawer for easy access to frequently used items. We went with the Whirlpool brand because all our Whirlpool products have lasted forever with the proper care. We had a Whirlpool fridge before this one and it was 15 years old and still in perfect condition. We just decided to update to SS.
