It's a great looking refrigerator. I purchased it because I wanted a Whirlpool brand to match with my other kitchen appliances. I am glad that I made the right choice. The 4-door it has is awesome makes it easier to reach item. The LED lights inside are really good. I had this fridge over a month now, still learning new things about it everyday. It has plenty of storage and it's very quiet.

Whirlpool french door refrigerator with through the door ice and cold water. Ice maker didn't work, ice harvest we got ice twice in two weeks and the cubes were 1/2 normal size, even after geek squad replaced all the parts including circuit board. Crisper drawer/ freezer keeps vegetables too cold despite adjusting the freezer and refrigerator temperatures to the minimum temperatures.

I love the fridge. I love the open room space. I don't like the fact the ice maker and the water stops when you open the other door or drawer. I also think it is noisier than I expected. I would still recommend this refrigerator to any of my friends or relatives

Installation was done in a timely manner. We were not told hold how to clean the product by the delivery man or the salesman and that we could have gotten one that was finger print proof.

This is one of the worst purchases we have made. Two years ago I had to replace our old Kitchenaid in a hurry and the selections were limited. For starters the interior design has two pull out drawers that are not deep enough to store produce so we had to use the middle pull out drawer for that, which is also not deep enough for large heads of lettuce, cauliflower, etc. No matter how we arrange the shelves, storage space is not functional and I can never find room for all my larger items. The ice maker frequently blocks up and cubes and crushed seem to interchange on a whim; when dispensing they shoot out with such force they fly all over the floor. The center drawer, which we are using for produce, does not keep things fresh, even though it is set for produce - I now store most of my produce in a 16 year old Kitchenaid in the garage. I would give anything to have my old French Door Kitchenaid back and keep paying for repairs. The plastic construction throughout is cheap and I have yet to be able to open the ice storage unit. Pull out bottom freezer seems OK. All in all a terrible purchase and now I'm stuck.

Perfect for everything we've needed. Crunch and uncrunched ice, Cold and fresh water, and amazing food storage!

I like it, although I have only used for a month and plastic from ice maker falls off, sometimes ice maker gets stuck on crushed ice.

It is super roomy, and it has a great set-up. I love being able to see in the drawer.

My kids wanted this fridge because of the extra drawer which was just their height. It turns out it was a perfect match; all the snacks all their drinks fit in one drawer. I think it saves on energy too because they're not opening the main fridge doors.

Seems to work well, and controls are intuitive. Needs a good cleaning before using, especially the ice maker.

I just love my new fridge. It's so spacious & that's what I was looking for. The middle drawer is the best! I've already had as couple of friends say they wished that they would have that "additional" drawer. So, what else can I say I love my new fridge.

This has been a great refrigerator. I love the drawer in the middle for the things I access the most. I also enjoy the shelf structure in the freezer. The top shelf stays closed when I open the freezer unless I pull it out which I rarely do. My only real complaint would be the French doors do not shut without being pushed. Not a big deal to me.

We are in love with this fridge. There is so much room in both the refrigerator section and the freezer!

This refrigerator is a good quality one. The control panel is easy to use and the water and ice dispensers work ok. However, fingerprints are very obvious on the surface, and you can't take the tray below the water dispenser out. Overall, it was a good product for its price and doesn't fail to meet my expectations.

My previous side-by-side refrig had about the same cubic feet but this refrigerator seems to hold more. I like having the entire width of the frig available for storage in case I have a large platter that needs to be chilled. I wasn't really looking for a separate refrigerator drawer but I actually like it to store my vegetables and fruit.

Very nice. The biggest plus is the food drawer. We used the food drawer all day for healthy snacks, which saves on opening the main doors.

It's big and has great use of space. Great to look at too!

We bought this to replace a French door LG. The LGs have had some issues with the ice makers so we went with a different brand. This one has a larger ice capacity and plenty of storage room. A nice feature is the "Measured Fill" for one button water dispensing. We had some mix up with the delivery date, but Best Buy worked to make things right. The customer service was great.
