I have to pull the (36") Fridge out to open the icemaker inside because the door doesn't open wide enough for me to pull it out while it is in the cabinet. VERY INCONVENIENT! Hopefully we won't have any icemaker (jams?) problems!

The only good part on this thing is it's easier to get finger prints off

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Whirlpool refrigerator works well for the refrigerator part but has the WORST ICE MAKER AND ICE DISPENSING system I've ever encountered. We have had the Geek Squad out 4 times in the last 6 months to fix the problem and it is still a problem even after they replaced the complete ice maker and dispenser. It appears the flaw is in the door ice shoot where it hangs up, then when you open the door all of the ice hits the floor causing a major mess. I have requested a replacement refrigerator at no cost (not a Whirlpool). I let you know if Best Buy stand behind their promise to satisfy their customers for a defective product.

Mostly good except....

The alarm does come on as a visual but I have not had a chance to look at the manual to taylor it to my specifications. I have found the doors ajar with no alarms showing. Just have to make sure the doors are closed all the way.
