Parts are of inferior quality falling apart disappointed with product

Shut the left door and the right pops open. Other than that it's just an ok fridge.

Yes, this frig is difficult to keep clean and yes, it makes a terrible noise when the ice is refilling. We can't use cubed ice or the ice chute becomes clogged. The crushed ice spits all over the place, but we have not had an issue with not ENOUGH ice.

Small freezer space, broken ice maker, inefficient

Just had my new fridge delivered on 07/14/15. The fridge had a large deep scratch on the freezer handle, scratch on the top right fridge door, black grease everywhere (which I found later came from my front door that the delivery men had removed to get the fridge in the house) and was missing parts for the crisper drawer. In the morning while leaving for work I spotted where the black grease came from and it was all over my white interior of my front door and the outside of the door which is slate blue. I sent my husband down to Best Buy today, 07/16/15 to speak to someone about how to get the missing parts and maybe just replace the freezer handle. He spoke to a manager, Jackie, and I must say I am more than thrilled with the outcome! We will be having our new fridge delivered on the 21st and she actually did not have our replacement fridge in stock so she upgraded us and we will have an even better fridge. I applaud Jackie at the Best Buy in Smokey Point, WA. for her resolution to our issue and will be a loyal Best Buy shoppers forever!!

Overall, we love the fridge. This is our first french door and we like it. We were not sure going in, but def. like the fact the shelves are so wide. You can put a platter inside and still have room. It even has a Sabbath mode which we like. The only complaint is it is slightly louder than our previous fridge.

I had a Whirlpool Frig for 15 years and still works. It was time to purchase a new frig since we are a family of 5. My wife and I saw this frig and immediately saw the value of space and affordability especially on a Black Friday. We installed it ourselves and connected all the hookups, it was easy to install and slide right in the slot were we had our old frig. This frig got cold really fast so there was not too much of a down time. I love the electronic water measurements and how it changes from liters to cups. The LED light are great and helps when measuring or just getting a glass of water to drink day or night. The Freezer froze my foods really quick. Everything on this frig is easy access, especially the produce drawer in the middle. This is the best investment I made of this year. I highly recommend this frig and I hope this helps with making a decision on a frig to purchase.

I am in love with this fridge. I love the fact that the icemaker inside of the fridge it in the top left BACK- not in the door like most. It may sound stupid- but when the ice container is in the door- it makes me feel boxed in. The small middle drawer is amazing. I love keeping sodas and other cans out of the way in the main fridge- I also love that from the main fridge you can see down into that drawer. Great room in the freezer, basket pulls out very easily. Ice cube size is perfect. I've had ONE problem, but it doesn't matter to me- the calibration of the water.... I've done it twice and it still doesn't get what 1c means. Oh well- it's not a deal breaker to me in the slightest.

Purchased this refridgerator, along with the matching stove, dishwasher and microwave. Looks great. We have a tight space, and didn't think we could open the doors wide enough to get an interior drawer to open fully. This has the drawer accessible from the outside, so it was a perfect solution to our problem.

The fridge and drawer are fine but the ice maker is just awful. Never produced enough ice and we've had the mechanism replace three times in less than a year. You can fill up a large Tervis once a day and then hope it makes ice again. Absolutely horrible.

I was looking for a stainless steel refrigerator with an in-door ice & water dispenser. A sliding drawer was a bonus. As stated by other reviewers, the ice maker doesn't produce a ton of ice and the dispenser can be inconsistent. Sometimes you have to hold the paddle a long time to get ice and finding the sweet spot to get the ice in glass and not on the floor can be tricky. The sliding drawer lacks temp control but does allow you to control humidity. The freezer is on the smaller side but that was the tradeoff for the additional drawer. I love the water dispenser feature that measures the amount of water dispensed, manually or automatically. Ultimately I'm pleased with the purchase and find this a great deal if you can get it at a sales price.

Having a double door fridge is wonderful. It makes everything accessible. The drawer is great for fruit, vegetables and/or meats. Everything is so roomy and the lighting is good in every corner.

Refrigerator has lots of storage space. Love digital system.

Great refrigerator for a great price I got it for $1134

We have had this since August, and so far we are overall please with this unit. The only issue that we have is the noise it makes when the icemaker is filling. Looking at other reviews, others have had the same issue. When the service person came to look at it, he said that it was normal.... it can't be. It is a very loud buzzing sound when it is filling. The only other possible negative would be how the handles hold up over time. They are only held by two little screws and I have already tightened twice. Lighting is great, it doesn't hold a lot of ice but it seems to make it pretty quick. It is also very quiet.

This is my first refrigerator that my wife and I bought. We knew it would be a good idea to just get a fridge that was top quality so we would be happy with it down the line. I really believe that this fridge will last us a long time because it seems high quality. I wish I would have read the instructions in the beginning because just now after 3 months of owning it, I found out that you can adjust the measured fill option and calibrate it to the correct fill. I had just thought that our water pressure was not reaching the fridge. Now, it works like a charm!

I had a 25 cu ft fridge before but I feel like I downsized with this one. The 4th door is nice for the kids but it in conjunction with the icemaker just don't leave a whole lot of room, especially for big items in the main compartment. I have a second beverage fridge in close proximity and I think without that I would have felt like this fridge is too small. It is nice that you can look through the glass of the main compartment into the 4th door to see your items. The freezer does seem really roomy. It looks real nice

I cannot complain about anything with this refrigerator. It has beautiful lighting, amazing storage, easy to open doors and drawers. Again, it is just beautiful and I just keep a small stainless steel cleaner by the refrigerator. It was just what I was looking for and the price is right.

I really like my refrigerator but the ice maker is really loud and doesn't produce enough ice. The ice maker also gets jammed up with ice and when you open the refrigerator door it spills out all over the inside and onto the floor. Otherwise, I love it.

The refrigerator is beautiful and has a well-thought-out design. The ice machine is maddening. It is loud when it is filling and is constantly getting jammed. We ended up buying a separate ice maker because we get tired of fooling with this one.
