We upgraded from a traditional 2-door fridge to this model after deciding that a French Door was the way to go. The split-level design actually provides more usable space for both the fridge and freezer section as opposed to the full-length French Door designs. The mid-level works great for drinks and produce, while the freezer bins are sturdy enough to support full loads on both sides. The only downside is how expensive the water filter is (TCO is ~$150/yr). Other than that, as the summary says, this is a great fridge!

Lots of space, very nice space in the freeze. The ice maker could be larger but maybe that's just because it has been very hot lately. Overall the fridge is GREAT. The delivery team was AWESOME!

Love the middle refrigerator drawer perfect for small items and drinks. Top part is very spacious and offers multiple shelving arrangements.

I had a great experience purchasing from BestBuy. I bought all of my new home appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, ovan, flour mixer machine). All were delivered on time and safely. The delivery guys were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend buying from BestBuy.

We bought this Whirlpool in 2016 because it had 4 doors and reasonable price. We were surprised by its excellent temp regulation, compared to our 2 door Kenwood Elite, which was top rated at the time by CR. Food never seems to go bad in it, no fungus! Now in over a year of use we have had No problems or complaints. CR downgrades reliability on it, but we are totally satisfied with the purchase

Please don't bother purchasing this product or maybe was just bad luck for us but we purchased this fridge year and half ago, brand new from best buy. We choose Whirlpool as we heard so many complains for Samsung and thought that this would last us couple years or more but after year and half the compressor broke. We called Whirpool and obviously the one year warranty is over so they offered me either to purchase a new fridge with 30% discount or pay almost $400 to fix the fridge. We bought Whirpool after checking all the reviews and thought would be way better than Samsung but just heard today from the guy that fixed the fridge that this Fridge has been manufracture at Samsung and all the parts are from Samsung as well.We are so frustrated that after not even 2 YEARS doesn't work. All our food went bad and trashed but who will compensate for lost? Definitely not Whirpool..Just a waste of money and time.

I do like this refrigerator however having trouble with the doors. You have to close firmly or they stay open and the door alarm is really quiet. I wish the alarm volume could be adjusted and I wish the mechanism to close were stronger. Help if there is a solution.

The beat fridge I've ever owned. The ice maker could be a little more conveniently placed, but other than that I love this appliance.

I still gave it a five because it deserves it. But after owning it, i wish i would have gone with a side by side. Just seems like there is less room in this one. Probably all mental though....maybe ill get used to it.

This fridge was an open-box, which had a ding, but the discount for it was more than fair. Fridge works very nicely, and I enjoy the separate vegetable drawer

I've had to have 2 repair calls in the first 60 days The worst ice machine I have ever owned does not make enough ice and jams up all the time had to put ice trays in freezer to make additional ice. The light in the freezer never comes on the tech just tells me poor engineering and never fixes anything The last time he was here he told me he is going to tell them I do not like the unit. The tech told me they never have any complaints about the ice machine so I started reading reviews and all complaints were about ice machine...

This refrigerator was very noisy which, I assume, is "normal functioning " for this unit. It was never shuts off with the noise and was extremely annoying so it went back to the store. Plus it is a poor design inside,- bulky fridge but you can't fit in it much. We exchanged it to another well known brand French door refrigerator and so happy we did it.

We have had this product for about four months and everything has gone wrong.The ice maker stopped working (it never worked great to begin with) the water dispenser shoots out water even when not pressed and now today the freezer stopped working. it has been one thing after another. i hate this fridge

Run away!!! It has been necessary to have the ice machine serviced approximately every 2 months since this refrigerator was purchased less than 2 years ago. Best Buys solution is just to continue to repair it, over and over again. Last week, called again, and was told that a "specialist" was going to come today to determine if we have a lemon. However, just another geek squad technician came with a work order to come to look at it to order another motor. No notation of any sort of assessment. After over an hour on the phone, again, with no concern as to the value of our personal time. We are currently buying ice every other day, and someone is coming Monday, again "to look at it". Run away.

While it seems like a nice refrigerator, it isn't. It is incredibly loud. When the compressor is on, it is pretty awful. Its been a year and still not used to it. Really wish we would have returned this in the 30 days that we had. Now, just weeks after the warranty expired, the little door to the ice dispenser no longer closes after dispensing ice. You have to manually push it shut. If you don't, all your ice melts. It really is a piece of junk.

Bought this refrigerator on 9/16/2016. Today is 10/28/16 and waiting for the technician to fix defrost that has stopped working. The freezer area is full of icicle and water is leaking from the bottom of refrigerator. Poor customer service. Try Best Buy customer service for repairs (855) 527 2408 if a customer service rep comes on line, please let me know how many hours you had to hold the line. .

Refrigerator by itself is not bad.But I should pay more attention when I was reading about the noise it makes.Trust me it working like a tank.if I knew I will never purchase it.And it's to late to return it so I stock with working tank for at-least 10 years.Don't buy it even if it is on sale.

Bought this and cannot seem to get fixed. Water flows from the ice maker dispenser and water dispenser leaks ... all is overflowing on the floor. Had to shut the thing off as water is everywhere.. Happened the day of install. Service will take 1 week to get out repair. Meanwhile water is on the floor. Do not buy this model !!!! as it seems to be a factory design issue. Awfull !!! We are using ice coolers until someone can arrive

Icemaker went after 3 1/2 years toght after warranty expired. Very expensive ro fix. Do not recommend.
