Love my new refrigerator. Looks great and is large enough to hold everything I need.

I love this fridge, because it does not have a ice maker which in a normal side by side it kills the top two shelves of the freezer, this has a lot of space, also in a normal side by side fridge the freezer front door is narrow compared to the refrig side, this fridge is equal on both sides, which also gives the freezer more space.

I have had this Whirlpool refrigerator for 2 months and have had problems with the compressor shutting off and not turning back on for long periods of time, so much so that the refrigerator area gets up to 50 degrees F, and the ice cream gets mushy before it decides to re-start. I purchased the extended warranty from Geek Squad so I figured no problem, I should be able to get this resolved quickly. After two attempts, which each took an hour, to reach two rude Geek Squad employees to try to arrange service, I was finally able to learn that my extended warranty with them means nothing for the first year and I have to deal with Whirlpool. So next I spent an hour trying to resolve the issue via texting with Whirlpool, only to find out the Whirlpool employee listed the product as not under warranty to the repair service, so I had to start over. Next I had to spend over 2 more hours on the phone because I was sent to the incorrect warranty department twice. Now I’m in for a total of over 3 hours of my day gone to try to schedule a repair for an appliance that’s barely 2 months old, and should have taken maybe 20 minutes.
Bottom line is, I have had good success with purchasing Geek Squad warranties for my computers in the past , but I would not recommend using them for appliance warranties. The people I spoke with were rude, and as a matter of fact, the first person I was in contact with made the comment that he has to give out Whirlpool’s warranty phone number HUNDREDS of times per week for warranty claims, and that I should feel lucky I didn’t buy a Samsung appliance, because he has to give their number out THOUSANDS of times per week. That alone should make the buyer beware. The Geek Squad service in this instance is a ripoff, and I regret purchasing it. I also regret that I purchased this refrigerator as well. The lack of service and lack of caring from many (5 out of 6) employees that I came in contact with was inexcusable.....and I still don’t have the service scheduled after being on hold half of the day.
Thanks to anyone who may have taken the time to read this.

This refrigerator is good for the price and is not noisy as some stated

This refrigerator does not have ice-making and ice water, which fits our need to have a greater storage space in the freezer. The refrigerator has plenty space on doors, but not in the shelves. There are only two drawers that is not enough. Without drawers the things fall through the gap in the back as well as in the front side. As for quality, it is too early to comment.

I didn't get my new refrigerator because the cord was bent and would not be able to fit in the outlet. I'm still waiting for a call or a email from Best buy concerning this matter. I love the style and room I have to store all my food also I chose this one because it doesn't have a water part. However I would appreciate if someone would contact me about receiving another one.

I'm really trying to like this refrigerator but it makes too much noise. I think it might be an out of balance fan that hums and is very annoying. The shelving options for the refrigerator section and the door are limited as well. Other than that it is a great, especially the freezer section that is free of the ice makers that take up so much room.

Great quality for a good price moved into a new house with a smaller size for a fridge. Couldn’t have a fridge the size of the previous house but it has a lot of storage.

Great purchase at a fair price. Runs quiet and keeps food cold. I personally do NOT miss having an ice-maker. Only thing I noticed is that the refrigerator door is a little heavy. That means it swings open fast and tends to stop hard. Its only concerning because it may cause eventual wear and tear on the door hinges.

This refrig is a bit loud but it is our secondary kept in garage so noise is a non factor. There is no way to stop fridge from rolling when you pull open the doors. The good news is the seal is super solid when opening and closing the door to either fridge or freezer. It’s a good product for a more reasonable price and I’d definitely purchase again if needed to

This was the only one without an icemaker or chilled water, grandpa did NOT want all that stuff. So, clean front appearance.
The blue tint of the internal lighting is a bit strange, they could have made it more white. And the handles are not quite perfectly aligned.
Keeps food nice and cold!

I thought that I was replacing my 10-year-old Whirlpool with a like model. This 2020 model doesn't begin to match its 2010 stablemate that had molded shelves in the door and heavy glass inside. Drawers in my old Whirlpool rolled on rollers while these drawers are cheap styrene plastic attempting to slide on a plastic runner while dragging the shelf above. The freezer section has cheap wire racks. The temperature in the fridge section freezes vegies while ice cream in the freezer is soft.
Best Buy promised to replace this but subsequently came up with 4 reasons on 4 different occasions, including COVID 19, as to why they couldn't replace it even though I was willing to pay the difference plus shipping. Every time I go to this piece of junk, I kick myself for buying on-line. I naturally thought the 2020 model would be as good or better than the 2010 model. While Best Buy cannot be responsible for a vendor's quality, BB can either stand behind that vendor with service or refuse to sell (Whirlpool) appliances.

It's a nice refrigerator, but we received a damaged one and it was over a week late. We were supposed to get a credit after talking to customer service for 6+ hours but still haven't. This was the first and will definitely be the last big purchase I make from Best Buy.

This is a nice size refrigerator for my small kitchen. I'm single so it has plenty of space for me. I do not have a hookup for water so not having an ice machine is not an issue for me.
