This refrigerator had a very loud med frequency motor noise (not the usual higher frequency whooshy sound associated with most refrigerators). We could literally hear the humming sound quite loudly about 30 feet away in our open plan living room. The inside light had no cover so it was blinding when we opened the door. Just felt like a very poorly made, low end, entry level refrigerator. We returned it for a GE and we love it! Purrs like a kitten with about 1/5th the noise level, and the interior is so much better designed,, including the well designed, unobtrusive lights and more user friendly drawers and shelves. So glad Best Buy allows a return within 15 days!!

One of the few side by side refrigerator s w/o a built in ice maker. I was looking for extra freezer storage and this fit the bill. Have had it for a few weeks and it’s been running great.

This was purchased as a second refridgerator. Set in garage for additional fridge/freezer space. Works great for how I use it. It is a no frills unit, but perfect for my use.

This unit works great, and good value for price. Lots of usable freezer space. Only complaint is there is only one shelf that fits taller items (gallons of milk, juice pitchers, etc.) and the shelves cannot be adjusted to different heights. Overall, we like it.

Good for the money, plastic on plastic drawers. Serve the purpose. Costco had it for 290$ cheaper but Best Buy had the fastest delivery time and wouldn’t it respect the price matching as they claimed Costco price is promotional and they won’t match promotion.

Have had a little trouble regulating freezer temps but that could be from the freezer being mostly empty so far. Don't notice the noise that others have reported but after all, it is in the garage... It does tend to roll toward you when doors are pulled open but solved that problem with a non-slip mat in front of the wheels/casters. Hey, what a great idea!!!

Best price for the quality..the size is just perfect. I had it now for almost a month and had no problem whatsoever.

It's a bit loud when the fridge runs. Delivery service was terrible. They scratches my wood floor and stripped my screws on my fridge. The door was uneven. Called customer service they transfer my call around and ended up they hung up my call after transfer many times. Sad service.

Love this refrigerator. Lots of space and deep. Only issue, i Had a shelf crack on the door already. Looked up replacements and it’s kind of expensive to replace.

I bought a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator 18 years ago, just slowly stopped keeping items cold. Since I had no problems with it for all those years, I decided I would stay with Whirlpool. So far no problems. Got my moneys worth.

Really not impressed with this fridge. Had Samsung fridges in the past and they were great, bought this one due to the affordability. Drawers are very cheap, does not slide out very well, shelves are also very cheap plastic with not a lot of room on the refrigeration side. For the same price as other better quality fridges, I would pass on this and get a different one.

I'm using this in my garage. It's perfect for surplus of frozen items and beverages. My only complaint is the produce doors don't seem to open and close as smoothly as they should.

Work fine except it is noise, i.e., the running sound of compressor is louder than my old refrigerator that was replaced by this one.

Replaced a 20 year old refrigerator with this new one. Capacity inside smaller though same footprint. Nice design and well lit inside. Overall a good choice.

Replacing old, 2nd hand refrigerator in laundry room. Needed more freezer space this was a great size for or need. Fit space well and we couldn't be happier.

We never used the ice machine in our old fridge, so having the extra space is more beneficial to us. Overall quiet. It sometimes slides when we open the fridge door, so might need to adjust something to keep it from shifting.

This item has been a problem since we purchased arrived with a dent in middle of door, lights in refrigerator freezer soon after arrival. The drawers in unit are very cheap.
