We love the design of this frig. We had an unfortunate incident the water filter sprung a leak and we had a huge water mess to clean up. I called Best Buy and they were very willing to exchange the frig. When they delivered today though they didn't take the time to balance the frig and now I'm having trouble with the doors closing properly. I am very frustrated right now. I just want a frig that works properly.

Replaced a Whirlpool with a Whirlpool. Lots of storage. Having water dispenser inside has freed up space in door. Great buy!!

Very nice unit. Large and quiet. The door shelves are not so deep that they compromise the inner shelves depth. Spacious all around and I prefer to not have an icemaker/water dispenser in the door and the inside ice and water features are easily accessed if you want to hook them up. Would purchase again. Also, Best Buy offered a lower price than anyone else locally and had it in stock for quick delivery.

Love the water dispenser with filter, water taste great. Great space in both the refrigerator and freezer. So far, am loving it.

We bought this refrigerator to match the color of our new Kitchenaid dishwasher. The old white Samsung was working fine, but the wife wanted a new refrigerator in stainless steel. The old one was a side by side and this one with the french door is much nicer. She also likes that the water dispenser is on the inside and the water comes out nice and cold.

I had to get an exchange because the doors weren’t aligned and the delivery guys were inept. I’m not impressed with the delivery company at all. A bunch of lazy jerks. Fridge looks nice tho. Service/ delivery = 1/5. Fridge =4/5 just got it tho so crossing fingers jo problems

So far, we are very happy with this purchase. This was an open box store display item, but the very minor scuffs are acceptable considering the very low price (less than 1/3 original retail price). We are not using the ice maker/water dispersal, so we have no idea the effectiveness of those operations. The unit works, and gives us the space we need.

This refrigerator is awesome! Love the french doors and water dispenser. We have tons of room in it. Love! Would definitely buy again!

better than samsung.. only thing if door is not easy to close seems like always have to give a good push

Happy with this refrigerator so far after the first one had to be returned due a door seal issue. Used to hum a lot, but finally got the front levelers set properly to eliminate the noise. Love the design as it matches all our other Whirlpool appliances. Occasionally have to tighten the set screws on the freezer drawer handle as it gets loose after use, but I think some Loctite on the screws would keep this from happening.

Runs very quite and keeps all foods at their proper temperature. Good value! Purchased a month ago on sale at an excellent price.

I like Not to much room, finger prints resistant, no worries about it

I had a refrigerator emergency and needed to buy a new one ASAP. I was very unhappy at the selection I found at other brand name stores. I was very specific with what I wanted and this refrigerator checked every box. You don’t lose space with a in-door water/ice dispenser, but you still have water access INSIDE the refrigerator. The humidity control is amazing and there is so much space! The only improvement i would make would be sliding shelves that can make room for taller items.

Nice refrig. Coincidentally, took delivery of it a few days before the ongoing Southern California heatwave. The old refrig would have died. It was limping along, but I am convinced the ambient high temp would have killed it and result in spoiled food. I added some red tape to the top of the freezer drawer so it can be visually obvious the freezer drawer is not completely shut. All it takes is for air to get in, causing the freezer compartment to ice up. The red tape is visible if the drawer is ajar even a few millimeters. Closed properly, the red tape is not visible. Anyone who opens the freezer knows that any hint of red visible means the door is not fully closed.

Very spacious and quiet. I have used this before and bought a newer model for my new house.

Love the sleek look of this refrigerator. It is roomy inside with plenty of space. The only thing I think it is missing is the shelf for butter. I will look online to see if I can find one to buy separately.

I love the fridge overall, just wish I had a little more space. The internal water dispenser is nice and allows my fridge water loving child to get her water while I have the sleek smooth look on the outside.
