We originally ordered a Samsung that looked just like this one, but the auto defrost didn't work. Returned it and got this one. This one feels a little "cheaper" but overall I am happier with it. No de-frosting issues, keeps food cold. When water feeds the ice machine, the whirring is quite loud. The shelves in the door are a little narrow and fruit drawers are also more shallow than my last fridge. We eat a lot of fresh produce so this is definitely a down-side for my family. Also, I'm always worried the bottom deli drawer feels flimsy and I'm always worried I am going to break it when I open it.

Been using this for 2 years now with no problem what so ever. We liked it because the water and Ice are inside and not on the door. Makes for a much cleaner look.

Love that the water dispenser is inside. Keeps the grandkids from making a mess. Just wish the freezer was a bit larger. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice refrigerator, love the black stainless, really roomy, a lil noisy at times, makes a few weird sounds but works great so far!

We wanted a highly rated refrigerator without spending top dollar. This fits the bill perfectly. It looks great,has plenty of room and is very easy to keep clean.

Great size, works as it should. The only downfall is the freezer could be bigger.

Overall happy with purchase. We were needing more space and this fit the bill. However, the shelves don't adjust totally to my liking to make room for tall items.

I had been wanting this fridge since back in April, so after months of waiting it finally went on sale and she's now mine. I love the layout of it and the indoor water dispenser is wonderful

Love, love, love this fridge. Love the color and actually like that the water is inside the doors, because it saves space on the outside and also prevents my little ones from playing with it.

so far so good. This fridge is working nicely has lots of adjustment on the shelves. The wife is happy. The black stainless looks so nice compared to our old stainless fridge. One word of caution: the one we got was an open box model, so I had to haul it home myself. The employees at the store had me lay it down in the back of the truck....AFTER I got home and read the manual it say french door fridges should NOT be moved laying down, but it seems to be okay so far so I hope there was nothing damaged by doing so long term...

We have had this Whirpool fridge for couple of months now and it works great, no major noise issues.I love the water dispenser inside and a french door fridge is so much better than a side by side.

when looking for a fridge we were worry about having ice, i can use all the ice and by the next day is full again.

Nice size, energy efficient, and aesthetically appealing. I love this fridge. I feel like it can store an entire grocery store lol AND my veggies are lasting longer. Couldn’t be more satisfied

Love this refrigerator. Keeps everything cold and has loads of room. Love the two doors which I didn't think I would like. Had my last refrigerator for 23 years. This is so nice I love it.

Love the french doors and cooling drawer below veggie drawers. My husband loves the water line inside the frig. Best new thing: slide out drawers in the freezer. Really helps us old folks!

I liked the idea of the internal water and ice dispensers. Although the in the door dispensers are convenient, they also come with a lot of problems, maintenance wise.

After a couple of years (just after my credit card's extended warranty ran out...), food started to freeze in the fridge. Upon inspection, I noticed that both top and bottom little flaps are ripped on the right door. When closing the left door after the right door, these flaps are aggressively pushed out of the way and damaged pretty quickly. Replacement gasket costs upwards of $150, and a technician visit would likely double that bill. I expect to replace this gasket every two years until giving up and replacing the entire fridge.

Great size inside and no dispenser/e-panel at the front. Have everything that I need while does not have fancy features that may break overtime.
