I love this refrigerator! It keeps the food fresh much longer then my old one and I really love the ice maker! The ice always tastes fresh and not freezer burnt.

It is a good refrigerator. It has a lot of small details, like the doors are not at the same level, shelves get stuck sometimes. Some stuff inside feels cheap, for the cost the manufacturer should take a better look to the details. Details make perfect products.

Very pleased with my purchase. It was a good decision for this upgrade. Having a home daycare needs more space for all the groceries.

All appliances work great and look great. The range came in damaged. I looked at it before they brought it in and told them I didn't want it. No problem. They are delivering me a new one. They left it so we would have a range as they had already taken ours out. I t works great and so far wee really like it. The only criticism I have of it is the drawer at the bottom. The door is normal size but he sides of drawer are only around 4" deep. Leaving little space for deeper pans(muffin, etc).

I love the look of this fridge. It's a nice contemporary look and very functional. The internal water dispenser feature is great because there's no messy outside water marks!

Putting the water dispenser inside and ice maker in the freezer frees up so much room inside the refrigerator its unbelievable!! Absolutely love this model

I like the frozen section in the bottom it makes more room for storage and the two doors that way I don’t hit any cabinets or doors in the kitchen

We sold our house and the buyers really wanted the old refrigerator which was a much more expensive Kitchenaid. This one is comparable in almost every way at half the price.

I really like the ice maker in the lower freezer. makes much mor ice than my door mount unit

I love it, but the shelves are not very useable. Very short and close together, no egg holder as well. It is beautiful and super quiet!

My Whirlpool Refrigerator was delivered today. It doesn't feel nearly as solid as the Samsung that it replaced. The freezer door doesn't pull out or slide back in smoothly. The Samsung Freezer drawer almost closes itself with just a nudge The basket type shelf in the freezer is cheaply made. The plastic drawer on the Samsung was much better. The French Doors don't seem solid when opening and closing. The Samsung doors feel very solid and open and close smoothly. The temperature setting is just a number where the Samsung is done by temperature. I bought the Westinghouse online and didn't know it was built so cheaply and wish I had gotten another Samsung.

Delivery issues aside (handle came off, door alignment off). These issues corrected by Geek Squad, after several phone calls. Didn't realize when we ordered this refrigerator just what was not included ie. door not closed alarm, no enclosed butter keeper, no ice trays, little things like those mentioned. Also, space on the back side of the shelves large enough to let a small water bottle to fall through.

Bought his for my cabin in NC. It has been nothing by great . It big , light sup bright, and the price was great. No issues, great product.

The manager I dealt with was Gernaro. My refrigerator was great, as the delivery, He was very professional and helpful. I also recently purchased a Wash/Dryer. and now I am in the process of purchasing a Dishwasher, which I am trying to do today. I recently was dealing with Lowes and it took forever to get delivery so I cancelled and went to Best Buy. So far I am very happy to have made that decision and I thank you
