Love my fridge! Great quality and great space. Easy to clean and so happy with it.

Got the fridge used but it was in basically new condition. BestBuy employee who helped us knew what to do and delivery was quick and easy. Would recommend this fridge and also BestBuy outlet in Montclair.

Refrigerator works good and replaced an LG we had that the compressor broke on. A good replacement. Only point is that having the water spout inside the fridge is not energy efficient as you have the door open every time you fill your glass

Bought Whirlpool because made in USA and thought that it would be better quality than the LG we had died after eight years. After having this fridge for less than a year and a half, we have experienced many problems with it. Right after delivery in February of 2002, we noticed that the upper left door was delivered and had a large mark/scratch on it. This was under the fingerprint repellant plastic coating. After many calls and emails back and forth took about took about six months to get replaced. Not a big deal as this was a cosmetic issue and the delay was partially due to COVID protocols but after that were scheduled at least twice that service people were coming out to replace the door and didn't happen. Once they didn't have the door with them and other time got delayed for some unknown reason. Finally got the door fixed although the hinge cover did come off the top of the door and had to put that back on myself. A harbinger of things to come? Then the interior water cooling hose for the inside dispenser froze up twice. Was able to get that defrosted on our own after being told that it would be a month to get a tech to come look at it. Now it looks like the temperature control module isn't working. Called Whirlpool again today and after finally getting through to a person (don't try to enter model, serial or phone numbers in their system over the phone, it doesn't work) was told by a very nice service rep that they can't get a tech out to look at it for two weeks. Ugh! Meantime will likely have to shut the unit down and spoiled food will get thrown out. Anything such as produce that's not spoiled can go into our old 34 year old Kenmore fridge in the garage, which is a godsend. It is humming along out in the garage with no problems. Just wonder what is wrong with a company like Whirlpool that touts a 'Made in USA' image but can't produce an appliance that will work for at least a few years? And when it doesn't work, why customers can't get a timely service call to fix it? We tried to buy a simple appliance without as many electronic parts or gizmos that can break, with no ice maker through the door (ugh) but are really disappointed in the lack of quality and lack service from Whirlpool for this refrigerator. And would not recommend any of their appliances to anyone.

Good refridge so far, but we have only had it for about 2 weeks now. It is qiet and user friendly with the freezer on the bottom.

The exterior is sleek and easy to clean. The interior offers flexibility and I love the water dispenser and the wide drawer.

Love the lower freezer drawer and the roomy double door refrigerator.

Just delivered today, Size makes it easy to organize frig and freezer. Just 1 small scratch on the front, not that noticeable.

Extremely happy with this appliance. The Delivery and set up was excellent. They knew just what they had to do to get the Refrigerator in my home and set it up. The team of 2 were very knowledgeable about the Delivery into my home as well as removing the old refrigerator without causing any problems. They knew what they we doing from start to finish. A definite 5 star delivery and installation crew. Good Work Guys! and Thank You.

I enjoy my refrigerator, it’s big and spacious. I like the color. I had a small problem but I call and the then replace it with a new one.

Good unit. Doors are a little off on alignment but it might be due to my flooring
