Excellent refrigerator and good amount of space. I have a family of four and works great. Had for 1 year no issues.

First one made a weird high pitch noise while running. It seemed to be working fine, though. Made the (later regretted) decision to exchange it because we were (unbelievably) already having to exchange a damaged-during-delivery stove and microwave from the same order. The second fridge ended up having a faulty seal on the freezer, causing it to frost over the door ledge and prevent the light from working. It was quieter, though. Third one was delivered with a significant bubble on the front door, which they fixed by exchanging the door for the one off the second fridge. This 3rd one makes an even louder, sporadic, high pitch noise while running. It appears to be working well, though. Just annoying. Frustrating that BB didn’t just fix the seal problem on the quieter one, instead of making me stay home to get another (noisier) one delivered. The exchange delivery days are so time consuming and stressful.

I like the black stainless steel look, the unit is extremely quiet and I like all the shelving and drawers.

I love having the water on the inside! It is much colder water than the ones on the outside

It’s decent in size and decently easy to get stuck staring into it at 2am.

We've had it for a month now, so far so good. It's quiet and cold and looks great, We had to put the humidity switch on to control some moisture outside of the doors, and that worked. Not sure if/when to ever flip that off. Seems pretty good for $1700. I'll give it 5 stars after no problems for 10 years haha

This refrigerator has nice features and is easy to use.

The housing for the filter broke when I took the blue bypass cap off so that I could screw the water filter in. The blue cap was very difficult to take off and in doing so one of the prongs that affixes the housing to the inside top of the refrigerator broke. Now the whole housing just hangs. We have taped it to the inside of the frig and may try to super glue it. This happened the second day we had it. We thought the filter had already been inserted by the install people, but not. Except for that the frig is running well, producing ice well and the water that comes out of the inside dispenser is tasty. I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars if not for the filter housing breaking.
