Great refrigerator. Not so great installation

But the water line is still not connected to it, thanks to the bad installation service from Pacific Sales. We couldn't locate the water line the day of install so they didn't do it which is fair. But when we did locate it, they made excuses that it must be not more than some feet away of the refrigerator. The water line is right behind the refrigerator and the shut off valve is under the kitchen sink near the refrigerator and yet they don't want to come out and fix it. This is after the installer telling us confidently that they will do it once we find the shutoff valve.

Solid refrigerator at a reasonable price

After shopping around, this was a perfect replacement. The price is reasonable, it works well, and we don’t have to think about it. Just what we want for this appliance.

Whirlpool French Door w/internal water and ice

The interior drawers seem a little flimsy on the Whirlpool and the interior is a couple inches smaller overall. There is a divider in the pull out drawer of the freezer that is in an odd location and there are no directions on how to remove/move the divider. The temperature controls are numbers 1-7 and not in degrees which makes it hard to determine if the fridge or freezer is at the correct temperature.

So far everything works well. When we first used the dishwasher it did ot dry. Then we realized that we needed a rinse solution and since then it has worked perfectly.
