Purchase was easy with knowledgeable salesman delivery and setup was on time and removal of the old refrigerator was accomplished without incident all questions answered to my satisfaction. I have been using it for a month now and am very happy with my decision to purchase from Best Buy

The refrigerator was nice, but the first two that came ended up both being damaged. So the 3rd delivery we ordered a different fridge. But I’m the time we used one of the damaged fridges, it was for a lot of groceries and held a good amount of ice.

Love this fridge!! But where is the butter holder? Was there supposed to be one and it just didn't get delivered or is there not one? Also would like to know what the temp is on a display.

first off the left door was flawed at the top from the very first day. i never should of picked this with the freezer being on the bottom, and its so small. not what i thought it would be.

Really like the look, am glad I sacrificed having the ice/water dispenser in the door, for the clean appearance. The amount of room inside and the adjustable shelves are great and love the beverage drawer! Can't believe how much room there is in the freezer as well.

I was initially looking for Samsung, but the sales man from the store recommended Whirlpool, on which I agreed, because I still have my Whirlpool washer in excellent condition for 13 years. Overall I like the look, the features. My only comment is , that I feel is was a bit expensive.

I had the same fridge (older model) since 2013. After 4 years had no issues, but then I moved to a new house so I decided to stay with simplicity and bought this "updated" model. No issues so far after a month of use. Took 3 days from placing the order to onsite installation. Contractors came on time and installation was quick and smooth.

DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR!! The Temperature Control panel readouts inside the doors are NOT in ACTUAL DEGREES!! Instead, the readouts are in single digits, from 1 to 7, with 1 being warmer and 7 being colder -- like the cheap mini-fridges we had in college. Also, there is no Door Alarm or Temperature Alarm -- all in all, this refrigerator is SUPER LOW-TECH -- not at all what I expect from Best Buy. Because of Covid, I bought this product online -- HUGE MISTAKE!! I love Best Buy in general, and I also love Whirlpool products -- just not this refrigerator!!

This frig looks nice, quiet, has french doors with plenty space and worth wild water filter. The only knock on this frig is the freezer is a bit small, especially small when you include the ice tray. Besides the ice tray it works as expected, the price was reasonable and we're happy with our purchase.

Delivery was great. I have a lot of stairs yet the guys were still able to deliver and install for me. Greatly appreciated. I’ve only had the fridge for a couple days so I can’t really give a fair review at the moment.

Happy with my new fridge, truly exactly like my old one.

Im not so sire Im keeping this yet. As soon as we plugged it in there was a pretty loud humming noise. its been humming ever since. I will see what happens after the initial 24 hour period. If it is constant, Im returning it. I have little faith in Whirlpool now
