Aesthetically, this fridge looks great. It's got clean lines and a nice minimal/modern look. Operationally, it seems to work fine... I wasn't too thrilled at the somewhat flimsy quality of the drawers and compartments compared to other fridges in this price range, but I can get over that as long as it works as it should. I should note that a weird thing was happening on the glass racks where condensation would reveal weird patterns/imprints on the glass (it looked like circles with asterisks inside them) that wouldn't go away even after cleaning and wiping it numerous times. It definitely did not look like they belonged there as some of them were smudged and uneven. The most serious flaw of all however, is the "fingerprint-proof" coating on the stainless steel. It's extremely delicate and the slightest impact against it will make it flake off. Add to this the terrible design choice of leaving the undersides of the handles (where they contact the finish) razor-sharp and you have a recipe for disaster. Just by installing them and tightening the screws to secure them in place, will cause the corners of the handles to press in and break through the coating. I'm assuming this is why some of the other reviewers were having issues with the finish around the edges/corners of the handles, as it creates a starting point for the inevitable layer separation down the road. I don't know about you, but I honestly would rather have fingerprints on the fridge as opposed to a layer of flaking clearcoat on the surface any day of the week. I just don't think this is an appliance that will last very long if I'm noticing this a day after delivery. You have been warned!

I like the refrigerator but they didn’t level it. The drawers do not stay shut because frig is uneven. I am sure when I call to report this that it will be taken care of.

Very nice refrigerator for the price. The ice-maker and “filtered” water spout are in odd places, but we don’t use the water spout and rarely need ice from the ice-maker.

We love this fridge. We never had a bottom freezer before and this has one and it is real easy for the grandkids to get to their frozen treats and the big drawer that pulls out in the fridge part is convenient for their juices and snacks.

I really like this fridge. Especially the feature for letting you know the door is not closed.

Good price with few bells & whistles to malfunction….good basic appliance

Great refrigerator and the install crew from Best Buy did an amazing job.

Only had for a month. Larger than we really needed but great storage compartments for veggies, dairy and bottles. Enjoying freezer on the bottom. Live the French doors. Will Never have another side by side.

I just Purchased this Appliance however it was affordable for me but not totally satisfied with the Color.

So far so good. Works great and fridge is spacious. Only two flaws: wish freezer had more room and not a fan how ice bucket is open

All complaints, I have heard, were for noise. This Fridg, has not been more or less loud, than our last one. Like the cold water dispenser. Like the ice maker in the freezer not in the door.

Great value for the money. If I have any criticisms it would be the door closing. If the eight door is closed first the left door may stay open a few inches and not seal. There is a seal strip on the left door.

Poor installation. I asssumed that those delivering the fridge would do it properly. They did not. Front is supposed to be raised slightly higher than the back for proper drainage. The doors were not adjusted and slam against the wall. The water line has been slowly leaking for TWO YEARS because it wasn't connected correctly. I'll never order appliances from Best Buy again.

I like the Fridge. It is basic - no bells or whistles. Didn't want the water on the door since I am on well water. Disappointed that it has exposed Styrofoam - wondering what is going to happen if something gets spilled inside the fridge. Little worried that it will look funky after that happens. Also the freezer door needs to be shut firmly. It looked closed but it must not have been since it frosted over.

This is an improvement over the Insignia model we had and were very unhappy with. The action of both the freezer and fridge doors is much smoother and more robust.

A little bigger than I anticipated but the style, decor is awesome. Cools quickly. Low operating noise except for the ice maker, pretty loud when the tray fills with water. Very happy with the fridge so far.

I bought this for the brand, but I do not really like the quality the door seems like in a couple of years will need to be repair
