The interior water spout is a little difficult with bigger cups. The exterior is VERY EASILY scratched! For that point alone I would not by this model again. I‘ve owned several whirlpool fridges and have never had this issue before.

Big mistake. Photos can't show the quality of materials or assembly. This 25.2 cu' fridge was almost $2,500, but not quality materials or workmanship. The interior surface of the doors is thin plastic, the interior water dispenser dripped every few seconds and ran down into the freezer (we had to turn off the water), food at the very back of the fridge freezes, the tempered glass shelves seem thin (instructions say not to bump or wash them in hot water as they could break), the water reservoir for the dispenser & ice maker is inside the fridge behind the drawers & held in place with styrofoam blocks. Those are the things we couldn't predict. Had we looked more closely, we might have realized that each door has only 3 bins (our old fridge had 4), which reduces the storage space. Whirlpool had very good ratings but I don't understand why - this refrigerator is a huge disappointment. We are exchanging it for a different brand.

I didn't think the water dispenser would be that big a deal but it is. It has plenty of storage. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the freezer drawer requires a little effort to close it.
