    The reason why we switched to Whirlpool (heard great reviews) was because we had a Samsung before and it only lasted 3 years. Well guess what Whirlpool is TEN times worse. We have only had it for a little over a year and 2 months and the compressor already broke. I have been waiting over a week now without a refrigerator for someone to look at it. Finally Geek Squad got a company that would come and take a look, and to find out that the compressor is an LG compressor. I bought a whirlpool not a LG what is up with that?!?! Now I have to wait another 3 days in hope to hear back from someone, but in which probably means 6 days with the weekend. To top it off the guys that came very honest and appreciative of them, told me not to pay for a new compressor to be put in because we are just going to have more issues and it will be a big headache. Just lovely. More money out the door now for another refrigerator.
