Do not purchase this refrigerator, one week after purchasing the temperature control button stop working, I called them and they told me it was past the 15day mark of me returning. Up until this day October 8th I am still dealing with this issue. Better Business Bureau is my next call. If I could give 0

There was some slight damage on the freezer part of the refrigerator. I tried calling to report it but i didnt get anywhere.

Excellent. I have no complaints. This refrigerator is definitely an upgrade in space, lighting, and the convenience of having the bins labeled. I also really like the fact that the refrigerator has a water output on the inside, ( reminds me of a water fountain). This has been a blessing. I no longer have to maneuver items around like putting puzzle pieces together, everything fits! It also seems to keep things colder than my last whirlpool.

Looks great and fit perfectly. This is the first time I’ve had a refrigerator with a bottom freezer and I love it, and the inside water dispenser is so much better than those that drip down the front. Plenty of drawers to separate foods. The Whirlpool matches my dishwasher and stove too!

I will start with the good: I like the way it looks and it is very spacious. Having said that, it is loud and has gotten louder the longer I’ve had it. It sounds like something is grinding and having a hard time doing so. Also! There is always condensation at the top of the freezer when i open the drawer and I’m constantly having to wipe the water away. Maybe I just got a bunk fridge. Would I buy this knowing what I know now? No.

I went to a competitor looking for this refrigerator and they were out of stock. I was just looking on best buy’s deals and saw they had it on sale. Didn’t hesitate to purchase. I love everything about the refrigerator, it’s comfortable, plenty of room, adjustable shelves, the area to put your cold cuts and other eatable goods, and I did not realize I could get water from the side of the refrigerator. I had no problems with my delivery.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. I love the convenience of everything being so accessible. Love all the features specially the water dispense, which is very convenient.

Fantastic Refrigerator with Smart Features and Thoughtful Design I’ve had the Whirlpool 25.2 cu. ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator for a few weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The layout inside is incredibly well thought out. The elevated deli drawer is a game-changer for organizing meats and cheeses, and the adjustable shelves make it easy to store larger items like party trays and gallon jugs. I also appreciate the internal water dispenser—it keeps the front of the fridge looking clean and modern without sacrificing convenience.

The fridge fits perfectly in our kitchen. The max cool feature came in handy. This is our first French door fridge and it's pretty spacious than what we're used to.

Great refrigerator for the price. This has nothing to do with the quality of the refrigerator, but plan your placement strategically. The left side of our refrigerator is against a wall. As a result, the left door doesn't full open as the right side, Which isn't much a problem for getting food out. However, that's the side that the water dispenser is on, and it's a bit awkward getting to it. But the fridge itself is great!!

Pro: Water Temp from internal dispenser was pristine. Water was exceptionally cold. Layout of fridge was great and had lots of space. Cons: Super frustrating purchase with this refrigerator. Was hopeful that the produce drawers would open on each side if only one main door was open; they did not. It ran constantly and was fairly loud for a refrigerator. Not intuitive or accessible to turn ice maker on and off. Awkward to have to lean in around the door to access water dispenser.

We have not had any issues since we purchased this refrigerator. It’s exactly the size we needed. The guy who installed it was professional and very helpful. No regrets!

Great refrigerator for a great price. We used to own a Maytag single-door, bottom-freezer refrigerator, which is why we were looking for one from the same group (Maytag, Whirlpool, or KitchenAid) made in the USA. The fridge is very functional, and we love the water dispenser. We didn't buy the one with an outside water/ice dispenser as it takes up space from the internal space.

The settings are well thought out and convenient to use. It keeps my food cold and frozen food frozen. The shelving and drawers are well situated in the refrigerator.

I love it. It’s got enough space for juice milk condiments on the doors. The water is cold but I just have a preference for different water. However the rest of the household enjoy the easy and cold. The fruit and veggie compartments have enough space. The top shelf is a bit off a reach but is still useable. The freezer has a lot of space. I just wish I could adjust the shelves. However the top shelf on the freezer is nice. I didn’t think the large snack compartment would be anything much but IT IS. It just helps declutter the rest of the fridge. You do have to open both doors to access it but kids can grab a snack easily. You can use it for anything really. This is a fridge for a family that wants space, ease of use, dependable, nice looking fridge for what a fridge is. If you want technology and access to seeing inside your fridge when you are at work then this is not for you. But if you want a well priced, large enough fridge for your family then don’t hesitate.

My husband and I have had this refrigerator for about a month now. We both absolutely love everything about it. A lot of room and works very well.

Very pretty, seems to be working great but I just started using it last week.

I bought this fridge for our “family kitchen” in our party room and it was the perfect choice. Plenty of storage and the ice maker makes plenty of ice. Note - if you use an RO filter like we do make sure you do not use the filter that comes with the fridge. You will not have enough water pressure to make ice.
