They said they would issue $200 gift card for compensation. 1 week later I received gift card letter in the mail for $120 (not the $200 promised) tried to load to account and said it had $0 balance. I have no less than 3 hours on the phone with trying to resolve with no help. Will never do business with these crooks again.

French Door Smart Refrigerator $1905.17 Feb 2, 2025 delivered on Feb 15, 2025 damaged, todays date is March 17, 2025 there are dents in the right top French top door and the freezer door this is without a doubt the worst customer service and policy procedures I have ever seen. Wasting money right and left taking to much time to make repairs BUT they claim they are following procedure. very frustrated customer

Canceled order due to managers rudeness!!

Purchased on July 25th, Best Buy indicated an August 13th delivery date, not it has been re-scheduled for Sept 5th. I bought this for my daughter because her refrigerator is on it's last journey. the wait is too long.
