    Water is a hassle to get to, being inside the refrigerator. Freezer doesn't want to shut properly

    arrived damaged. I wouldn't let driver leave till I spoke to someone BB service to resolve. They said they would issue $200 gift card for compensation. 1 week later I received gift card letter in the mail for $120 (not the $200 promised) tried to load to account and said it had $0 balance. I have no less than 3 hours on the phone with trying to resolve with no help. Will never do business with these crooks again.

    The freezer doesn’t work, the water mechanism drips into the refrigerator all the time. This appliance is a hard pass.

    I purchased a Whirlpool -25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator $1905.17 Feb 2, 2025 delivered on Feb 15, 2025 damaged, todays date is March 17, 2025 there are dents in the right top French top door and the freezer door this is without a doubt the worst customer service and policy procedures I have ever seen. Wasting money right and left taking to much time to make repairs BUT they claim they are following procedure. very frustrated customer

    Cancel order due being made to buy a water line I did not want. Water was NOT being hooked up. Was told I HAD by 2 managers and that I could bring it back when it wasn’t used. STUPID!!!

    Not able to rate this yet. Purchased on July 25th, Best Buy indicated an August 13th delivery date, not it has been re-scheduled for Sept 5th. I bought this for my daughter because her refrigerator is on it's last journey. the wait is too long.

    If only negative stars was an option. Had two separate deliveries because they both arrived damaged. Beyond disappointed in the product and the Best Buy service. Canceled the order after the third try and bought one from Lowe’s.

    I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone because it has poor quality. The bulbs froze, and the switch went out after weeks of purchasing it.

    Fridge came damaged, theyoffer $400 refund, sent me an unusable card, then sent another which I never got. I'm done with this store. Never again.
