I’ve had Whirlpool appliances in the three homes that I’ve owned. I’ve had to replace a microwave on the first, the ice maker quit working after a year, on the second one the French door refrigerator parts seemed cheaply made, but it survived all of the power outages in PR so that is big plus for me. Now, this refrigerator looks elegant and has plenty of room for at least a family of 4. My only complaint with this refrigerator is that the ice maker is noisy. At night with the TV on you can hear the ice cubes dropping into the bucket and the water squirting to make fresh new cubes. This is why I’m giving it 4 stars other than that it is a very nice refrigerator.

This whirlpool refrigerator was a great replacement for our old fridge that broke on Easter. We generally only use it for extra frozen meats and extra frozen foods that won’t fit in our main refrigerator, and for drinks. There is plenty of room for all of our needs. The door shelves are very big, and adjustable in height. The glass shelves in the main part of the fridge are not adjustable, but they are spaced perfectly. There are also 3 large drawers on the fridge side, and 1 in the freezer. What I absolutely love about this fridge is the extra large ice cube storage. It easily holds twice as much ice as our old refrigerator. It runs fairly quiet. Overall, this is an amazing refrigerator, and nice enough to use as our main fridge if needed.

Good fingerprint resistance on stainless, fridge water dispenser has a separate button for water and easy to use. Ice has been slow to make but its still new... Happy with the frameless shelves too. Great size and value, and fully trust Whirlpool compared to the other mfrs out there - bought this for the bar after the GE died after 7 years. Was happy with the Whirlpool in the kitchen so we went with Whirlpool again. Unfortunately the installers didn't level it and worse they left a big ding in the door - but calling Best buy to have the door replaced was very easy, they also offered a healthy credit if we'd just live with it but the dent was too big to ignore. Watch the installers the whole time they are moving things even if it feels creepy to you. But great fridge!

This was to replace a 19 year old GE side by side. I almost went with the larger capacity, However with some research and input from famliy, decided to go with the icemaker in the refrigerator, as opposed to the door. I read how the ice maker issues seemed to come from the wires flexing over time coming to the icemaker. Very happy, the ice size is smaller and is actually handier for smaller glasses. The door capacity for storage is also adjustable, not just the internal shelving. Great buy for the price, happ with the whole process.

The refrigerator freezes and I do not know if you have to do something but when they swallowed it they did not tell me anything or when I bought it. and call to come and check it and the 2 times they gave me an appointment to come they canceled me like this.

We just love this fridge!!!! Our salesman was great and the delivery guys were just awesome! They took the time to set it all up and got rid of the old fridge and packing debri.

I have had this for over a month. So far so good. I had a Kenmore that was just two years old. It was a French Door style that was irreparable. This side by side may be an older style but it pays to have one that has dependable history.

It has been a year since I purchased this item. Generally, I love it because it enhances the general look of my not-so-modern kitchen. My one concern would be the ice-maker/water amenities. I am not sure if it's a people problem or a product problem. The water element light is on right now even though we just installed a new water purifier. The ice tray stopped working recently. I have put in an order for service for that. The bottom doesn't look like its well put together, but I do not put a lot of focus on that. I really like this refrigerator, just wanted to mention some of my concerns.

The fridge works but there’s a few things that are really, really annoying. The drawers don’t slide, they grind in and out. The shelves are not adjustable and at such a height that you can’t stand a bottle of water, stack 2 yogurt, or even two cans of soda. On the water dispenser it is made in such a way anything other than the standard cup cannot easily get ice. Oh, and they put the temperature controls where the ice maker controls are so everyone a kid gets ice the settings are changed.

Love the ice maker & crushed ice maker. That's most important to my husband, as he loves crushed ice. I can put on my magnets, which I love. The freezer & refrigerator work Great. It's a keeper for sure. I actually have one at another home of mine too, because I liked it so much. The price is great for the Quality. And it looks Great, too.

Plenty of room. Ice maker makes plenty of ice and drinking water is filtered and tastes good. Nice adjustable shelves with adequate drawers for fruit and veggies. Only fault is the door swings all the way to the right when opened and jars to a stop when hinge hits it’s limits. Door won’t dtay in one position swings all way open

A good size refrigerator. I has to bought to replace an LG refrigerator that has compressor problems. The LG has the compressor replace after one year of use. I has to wait two and a half months to be repair. After two years it broke again and replace it with this Whirlpool, because the old one was Kenmore made by Whirlpool and I replace with the LG that was my nightmare . All reviews for this refrigerator are good. I recommend this Whirlpool.

My new Whirlpool side by side refrigerator is working great and it really holds it's temperature. The ice maker is wonderful and working perfectly. The handle on the door loosened up and I called Best Buy and they had a repair team come out right away and all the handle needed was to be tightened. I know now that the allen wrench I have works and I can tighten the handle myself if this happens again. Great job and I am so pleased.

Whirlpool always adds a very good value, and it did for this product as well. Refrigerator is spacious enough that we dont use the left door often as it all fits in right and have a cool option of water filter + Ice cubes tap which makes your life easier. Freezing is fast and double door adds great look to my kitchen.

We’ve had it for about six months. It does the job, nothing fancy. The install may have gone wrong. One door seems higher than the other. Unless that’s the way it’s supposed to be and other customers notice the same? The right refrigerator door swing all the way open and fast when we open it. That’s annoying.

I've only had this refrigerator two weeks, but I'm happy with it so far. The ice maker does a great job supplying plenty of ice. Nice storage options.

A fair price for whirlpool refrigerator. Everything works so far as it should. I like the crushed ice feature, works much better than the Samsung I replaced. Refrigerator and freezer work well so far. The water dispenser works well. All of the touch pad controls are easy to use . After just one month, everything is good

I’m really happy with this refrigerator! My previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool that we had for 18 years so I wanted another Whirlpool. I read reviews about this refrigerator that some said the freezer wasn’t very cold but I haven’t seen that with this one. Everything is really cold and the fridge side keeps everything fresh. I love the way it looks and I’m very happy with it. I’ve had it for 3 months now and I think it’s worth the money.
