Ice clogs in dispenser, clear plastic windows into compartments are thin and one has cracked. Light in freezer sticks and doesn’t always turn on.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It works well and the size was perfect.

We've only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, but we love it! We've never had a bottom freezer before, so we were afraid of losing space, but we have more!! The entire family really loves the color!

Fridge so is working good. Keeps fruits & veggies fresh. A little louder than I expected, not bad, just more so than our last one. Love the style, I would have likes to have an external fridge drawer though.

The door had a small dent in it. Notice after the installer left.

We always buy Whirpool items, we have never had any issues with this manufacture. Also we like to buy American made products, we in our family believe in supporting our American companies and our American workers. Our Fridge is working very good. We are confident that no issues will arise and is by any chance does the company will either fixed or replaced, we trust Whirpool.

Bought GE Profile, and after 4 days was not happy with noise, space, etc. Best Buy helped us find this refrigerator, delivered and picked up GE for no extra charge. This fridge was $800 less, so they refunded the difference. Love Best Buy. I really like this new refrigerator. Nice amount of space, separate ice and water and the ice maker is in the refrigerator so it makes more ice than the new "in the door" ice makers.

This was a very good purchase. It has all the space I need and works well for my daily usage. Everything works perfectly, especially the bottom freezer (great space).

The unit has never correctly controlled the temperature of the fresh food compartment. The first service technician replaced the thermistor. The new thermistor did not correct the problem. We had to wait for the second repair visit due to social distancing. The second repair technician said the control board was defective and had to order it. The board was promptly replaced after waiting several weeks because it was on backorder. The new control board has not corrected the problem. A recording thermometer shows +/- 7 degree variations. The tech said it should be +/- 2 degrees . It will sometimes freeze the food if set to the recommended 38 degrees. The internal diagnostic shows the unit is working correctly.

Pretty great tv. Got this open door deal and I am so happy that I did. Marked down and is so worth it.

I like our new fridge, and wanted water and ice on the door, but failed to realize how much room the ice maker takes up in the fridge!! Even though this is the same size as my last one, I find there is much less room inside to store food! Not happy that no matter how I change the shelves, I still can't stand up a half gallon pitcher, (unless I want to forego a whole shelf underneath!)

-Drawers do not slide well when loaded -Both the the refrigerator and freezer had quite wide temperature variations which caused some problems for some items -The compressor/fan decibel level was above our old fridge -I suspect it all depends on what you had before as this could be a step up for many but it was a step down for us, thus the return and replacement

Nice product, looks great, fits right into kitchen. Plenty of space in fridge and freezer. Convenient water and ice dispenser. Great addition to our kitchen.

It is exactly what I wanted. I love the freezer, refrigerator and amount of space along with the separate water and ice dispenser. In addition, I like how the refrigerator and freezer handles are a solid pull and not a loose pull like some other brands.

Inlove with this refrigerator. It has so many compartments to store my food.

I have owned this fridge for 10 months. The Ice maker is already showing issues (smaller ice cubes, all ice being crushed) and the fridge is really really LOUD. I have contacted Whirlpool about the loud fan, so let's see how the warranty repair process goes.

The fridge fits in the spot we have for a fridge. The wife loves it and that is what matters most. The fridge freezes and cools as expected. Water and ice dispenser work well. Overall build quality is high and I expect it to last a long time.

It's a wow factor when you walk into our kitchen. Love the top fridge and bottom freezer. The ice and water area is roomy and holds my tall water cup with no problem. We are very happy with our choice. Handy meat/ cheese drawer.

So nice to use this refrigerator. Bigger than the last one and this one fits. Really nice. keeps both the veggies and fruit fresh. Like everything about it. Wish the shallow horizontal drawer opened on the outside.
