About everything I would have expected from a good refrigerator except this one has a major design flaw. If you open the left door, grab what you need and then let go of the door for it to close, it does not close. There is an inside flap that prevents it from being gently closed. If you open the left door and force it shut, that inside flap causes the right door to open up and stay open. This is a huge problem and often the doors to remain open. You have to always open the door on the right first and close only the left door first before closing the right door. This is very annoying and I am willing to bet that they scrap this design and model because it is so awful. Everything else about the refrigerator is fine.

Love everything about the refridgerator except the ice maker. The fridge has many convenient places to store lunch meats, cheeses and fresh produce plus shelves for all of your salad dressing and condiments. The ice maker is the only thing I am worried about. If you do not use the ice fast enough it seems to get jammed in door and even struggle to come out the convenient front access panel. Maybe it is something I am doing wrong, not sure yet but it has been a bit of a pain so far.

Perfect size. Looks great. Bottom drawer requires you to pull out top tray which is a little tedious. When ice maker runs it’s a little loud. Over all really happy with purchase.

Haven’t called geek squad yet, but fridge is loud and doesn’t cycle often. Seems to run more than usual. Love the space and ease of use though.

Not worth the price. Rubber gasket on door cracked writhing the first year. The ice maker is very temperamental and the dispenser shoots ice all over. Storage is awful.

I love the refrigerator! The quality and space are great! One thing I would warn others of is that the water dispenser is tough to use. It takes more than average strength (for a water dispenser) to use. I would recommend this to any of my friends, but would suggest a different fridge for my grandparents. Overall, excellent purchase for me :)

I’ve purchased another similar price LG fridge from Costco but it stopped cooling in 20 days... and Costco is soooo slow on both delivery and return/exchange. So I ordered this one from BestBuy. I was surprised how fast the delivery was and the installation was also more professional- they leveled the fridge before leaving but Costco didn’t. Regarding the fridge itself, I really like it - spacious, little noise, filter replacement reminder, fingerprints free, support magnet etc. It definitely worth the price. I think it’s the best choice for 25cuft capacity in $2000.

Very nice unit, the way it is setup seems to make it hold more than you would expect. Lots of drawers and shelves! the only thing we would say is negative is the ice cube output seems low. It appears to only make 75-85 cubes every 24 hours, we use a lot of ice and it has some trouble keeping up. Still, for a mid-range priced french door refrigerator it is a very good buy.

We purchased this replacing one of a similar style but different name brand. I love the finish, no finger smudges!! Easy to clean. Love the ice and water feature. Water pours out smoothly, without splash. The ice doesn’t get stuck like my other one, but is louder. I just wish the filter and ice were in the door instead of inside our frig. Takes up much space. That is really only complaint. Not very much room inside for a family that may hold more food.

We’ve had this fridge 1 month now which is ample time to give my honest thoughts. Pros: functional inside space and design. Multiple functions on the outside control panel. Cons: this fridge is so noisy.. it makes the loudest at humming noise I’ve ever heard. We just replaced a 15 year old whirlpool side by side and it was virtually silent. We also just bought a Samsung fridge side by side as a second fridge and you cannot hear that thing at all. I was hoping the noise would die down.. but no luck. I’m debating a service call to see if the noise is abnormal. We did purchase the warranty. The ice maker and water dispenser are also so loud. Also even on cube setting half of the time the ice maker spits out half cubes and half crush. The drawers inside could be of sturdier quality. They definitely don’t glide open as easily as the new Samsung we just bought. I just expected more from whirlpool.. we waited 3 months for this fridge thanks to everything being back ordered. It matched the rest of the appliance package we bought which is why I chose not to return it because nothing else in the black stainless from whirlpool was in stock.

Ice machine is too too small. It’s doesn’t make a sound when you leave the freezer or fridge open slightly specifically when the kids don’t shut the left side of the door.

Terrific overall with exception to the ice maker taking up valuable space inside the fridge, but understandably the cost to having an ice maker. This fridge is spacious with large bins and plenty of door storage.

Love my new refrigerator...has a great look to it and finger print resistant..not to mention plenty of room in both freezer and refrigerator

This fridge is as low quality as it gets. Very cheaply made. Ice cubes always come out crushed no matter the setting. The water line is really loud when filling the ice maker. The doors are cheap. The seal has already ripped. Space inside is really awkward and we find it hard to fit things. The freezer door feels like it’s going to fall off anytime. I’d stay away from this model and find something else.

Love love love my refrigerator! Perfect size for my family. I cook often so my fridge is stocked at all times. My only down side is that this refrigerator is louder than most. I understand ice and all but all of the feedback is the same...it’s loud. Yes you get used to it but it’s louder than expected. Other than that, I’d give it 5 stars

I gotten this refrigerator after my Samsung died on me. This one is the equivalent in displacement as my old one. It is fairly easy to use, shelves are adjustable to whatever you desire. It has adequate space in the freezer. My only complaint would be the icemaker, it gets jammed every now and then.

This refrigerator looks impressive & came with a very impressive price. It was a open box due to someone returned it, I can't imagine why anyone would return this fridge. The only thing I don't like is that I have to open the right AND left door each time vs just being able to open 1 or the other but I have got use to it. The freezer on the bottom is so much easier to organize & so easy to see everything. I would definitely buy this fridge all over again and the sales people at Best Buy were wonderful which is why I will buy my future appliances from Best Buy.

I really love the extra room I have in fridge area. The freezer is great, I can finally find what I'm looking for. The only reason for 4 stars is I wish the temperature for the fridge was more consistent. I have it at 37 degrees, but it goes to 40 and 42 sometimes even without having the doors open to load or retrieve food. I have used the fast chill setting more than once. Still a nice replacement for my old Whirlpool side by side.

Love this refrigerator has plenty of space, extra cold the only reason I didn't get a five star rating are two things. 1.) the ice maker, when dispensing ice, tends to clog when requesting the full pieces versus crushed of ice. 2.) The refrigerator bins are flimsy however, freezer is great! But, I still think it was a great buy!

Really like my new fridge. Great color and don't see near as many fingerprints. The only negative is the ice comes out fast and aggressive so I'm always having to pick up what shoots onto the floor. Otherwise very pleased with my new fridge.
