Always purchased Whirlpool appliances. Great storage, finger proof doors and like the updated ice and water dispenser. Very happy with my refrigerator.

Excellent space in this model. Love the shelves in both the refrigerator part and the freezer part...very versatile...can be adjusted.

This fridge has worked out well so far. Had a few shelves that were damaged, whirlpool couldn’t find the model numbers so they couldn’t replace them, bad customer service!

Top shelf can expand and contract for extra space for tall items on second shelf. Water at door is not cold. Basic fridge. Nice to have ice machine on door for extra space. Very basic unit.

Fridge is great but ice maker keeps spilling water and ice after getting ice. Also delivery men left screws in driveway and couldn't hook water up.

I needed a french door refrigerator because of the layout of the kitchen. Would prefer a single door with a bottom freezer that has more room but it won't work at my current home.

We purchased this refrigerator on 5/24/21. From day 1, this refrigerator has had problems. After filling a glass with water, there is a problem with water dripping out onto the refrigerator. The water, instead of being at least cool, is lukewarm as if it were from the water faucet. The fridge has already stopped making ice twice, and it was just purchased a month ago. We have now been without ice going on three days.I need to replace this fridge ASAP, because it is very evident its going to continue to have problems! Whirlpool doesn't want to take it back and replace it with a different model, but they can't come out to try to repair it for at least a week. I am really hoping that Best Buy appreciates us enough as a customer to help us out with this huge problem. If you take a look at all of the reviews on this model (be it from Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, etc., ), you will see that it is not likely that this fridge can be repaired!

Only problem is water dripping from ice maker which runs down front. Makes plenty of ice

The refrigerator does what is expected in keeping things cold however there is a HORRIBLE design flaw with the ice maker. When dispensing ice, ice gets trapped between the inner ice tray and the dispenser, melts and drops on your floor. This results in constant puddled on your floor and is very annoying. I really expect more from a whirlpool appliance.

Love my Whirlpool Refrigerator! So much easier in every way than the GE we had for 14 years. Better layout, easier ice and water dispenser, no hand prints all over front doors. The delivery and set up men were prompt, neat, and so careful of our wooden kitchen floor. I had problems with drawers for meats, produce, etc. Stuck. Talked to our salesman at the Bluffton, SC store. He told us to put a tad of vaseline on certain spots on drawers ... and.... perfect! How great is that?

Ordered this Whirlpool refrigerator from Pacific Sales. On the refrigerator side of Fridge #1, there was a large gap between the gasket and the frame of the fridge. Bad seal. Sent it back. On Fridge #2, the doors were so misaligned that they wouldn't close completely. We've heard from employees that our experience is not an isolated incident. It appears that Pacific Sales and Best Buy are shipping seconds, returns and/or defective units. Maybe they're hoping customers won't notice or want/need the unit so badly that they're willing to settle and just resolve the matter later...after COVID is over. We would have understood if someone had explained whatever the manufacturing or shipping issues were up front, rather than acting like everything is normal and just taking our money and wasting our time. Do not bother with a Whirlpool fridge until Pacific Sales / Best Buy until they regain their integrity in serving customers. To be fair, after we sent the 2nd fridge back, they did return our money.

Took alittle long to get here cuz of the COVID-19.but worth the wait.love how much space I have in the freezer.

I like the fridge but the order of the water and ice dispensers make the water and ice fall to the floor because u hit both at 1 time. Small space.

I've had Whirlpool for as long as I can remember. Best product out there. Little maintenance and repair. Won't buy anything else
