    Like the refrigerator. Could be a 5 star, but not alot of room between shelves, shelves are not adjustable. However the top shelf slides back half way, so 3 1/2 gallon containers can fit. Wouldn't suggest for a large family. For me it works.

    The film they wrap the frig in is horrible! Spent hours so far trying to get it all off without scratching it up. Still not all off!! The water dispenser ALWAYS drips water down the frig when you use it.

    We had to personally install the water line to the back of the new refrigerator. Hard to do when your 74 years old. the refrigerator could not be leveled and when the front panel was removed, the panel would not go back to the original position. Even though the refrigerator itself seemed fine, we had to return the refrigerator.

    Bought this in early August, knowing it wouldn’t be available until September 7th. Got an email saying it’s been postponed until October 21st. I realize COVID-19 is messing with production lines and appliances are all in short supply just now, but maybe Best Buy wants to adjust their requests for reviews until the delivery has been completed?
