    Bought this in early August, knowing it wouldn’t be available until September 7th. Got an email saying it’s been postponed until October 21st. I realize COVID-19 is messing with production lines and appliances are all in short supply just now, but maybe Best Buy wants to adjust their requests for reviews until the delivery has been completed?

    Since my 6 year old Samsung died suddenly I had no time to research other brands and purchased this whirlpool. I unfortunately then had to return this item as it sounded like a microwave was constantly running along with an additional whirring sound! I'd walk out of my bedroom in the morning or into the house from outside and could hear this loud running sound..just like a microwave! It would only stop every 12 hours or so for about 20 minutes! I so cherished those few minutes!! Do NOT buy! ALSO stay away from Samsung!! I bought my daughter the same Samsung at the same time I bought mine and hers only lasted 10 months!!! She then had a horrible experience with customer service!! Anyway, I ended up returning this Whirlpool for a GE that was reviewed as quiet and I LOVE it!
