Our new refrig is really nice.First it is smudge proof. Our other refrigI had to constantly clean the outside. This refrig needs very little care. Love the double doors for easy access. The icemaker works well and the water is easy to use. Also we can get water while the refrig is open. The inside is roomy.

Found a steal on this product. It was at least $100 more everywhere else.

Good product. Suits my needs well. I like the stainless steel.

We had a larger refrigerator but decided to downsize for space issues at home. This refrigerator did not disappoint, it is very spacious. I have not felt the difference from our old one. Love the space in the freezer for the frozen pizzas. Our freezer is perfectly organized.

We finally after almost 20 years upgraded to this beautiful and spacious unit. My only complaint was when it was delivered and hooked up the guys didn't check to make sure the fan was connected. After about an hour of researching and watching you tube we were able to connect it ourselves.

I bought it 2 years ago, so far is good. I like that ice maker comes out completely... it is little loud, but it keeps every refrigerated.

Very nice. No complaints. I'm very happy with my Whirlpool refrigerator. I bought a Kenmore 2 years ago and it went out already. Should have bought Whirlpool to begin with.

We have several issues with the refrigerator. First it was damaged in shipping when delivered. We went ahead and excepted delivery. With the promise it could be replaced with another refrigerator. In the first week of use the ice maker in the door clogged and wouldn't dispense ice. After getting the clog cleared it started leaking water from the ice maker. Since we were going to replace it anyway we decided to switch to a different manufacturer. That was a customer service nightmare. It took over 5 hours of hold time over several days to order the new refrigerator. Not happy with Bestbuy.

My favorite part is the ice and water dispenser on outside. I do feel like even though thus refrigerator is bigger than our previous one, it does have a lot of room. Although the freezer side is much bigger than what we had. Still love it.

I like all the features except for one. The water filter is in a very bad place on the exterior of the fridge down at the very bottom when it was previously on the inside where it was easy to access to replace it. You must get on your knees and then down on your stomach to do this. It is bad for seniors like me.

My refrigerator before this was a Whirlpool (only brand of appliance I buy) and it was fantastic.I finally gave it to my son and bought this one.I could not be happier.This is a fantastic refrigerator.

I had a part in the freezer break the 1st day I got it even before I put in food. The ice cubes keep popping out during the day in my floor is wet every day when I come home from work.

The freezer makes sounds when it makes ice. It is annoying, especially at night. But you have to keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

Still a new appliance for my household. I would have liked an additional Shelf in the Refrigerator Door and the two larger drawers in the bottom seem to bind even when they are empty. Any suggestions on how to make them open smoothly? Would hold recommendation unless they fixed my issues. Steven

I actually bought an Insignia (Best Buy's own brand) not a Whirlpool refrigerator and I am very satisfied with the way it was installed and how it has performed ever since.

I have had this fridge for just 2 weeks and so far I love it. The ice maker isn’t even set up yet so I turned it off. Make sure you do until it’s set up as it can ruin the fridge. Overall great fridge!!!
