Looks great and easy to use, but the motor for the refrigerator is a bit noisy. I can hear it 20 feet away.

This fridge is great. No problems whatsoever. The last Whirlpool was junk so spend the extra money and get something that will last

I love ❤️ everything about this refrigerator. Love the ice maker on the door as it gives so much more space in the 2 door main area and the 3 rd drawer which has it’s own controlled temperature super space for items you use a lot to the 4th door freezer section with 2 separate trays that allows you to easily store freely to be able to see everything in your freezer. Just a great all around refrigerator and American made!

I love this refrigerator. It is huge. I feel like I don’t have enough grocery to fill it up and I have tried. The compartment and spaces for everything is amazing.

Had a Samsung that got lemoned. It’s nice to have a fridge that actually keeps my food at the proper temperature. The ice machine is not too loud as others have commented. As far as I’m concerned functionality is the most important thing here. The fridge works. Believe me after having one that doesn’t this is perfect.

Refrigerator is great but wish doors went in more smoothly. For the price, it should be more smooth and automatic. However, we have to always push and make sure doors close. The last refrigerator doors closed almost automatically when you pushed it at least it seemed smooth. This one was more expensive and doors close like a more cheap one. We couldn’t test it in the store because it wasn’t one they kept in the store. Love the crushed ice though. It’s almost like shaved ice.

Love this refrigerator. The space is well designed and the icemaker doesn’t take up a lot of room. Would highly recommend the mid-level drawer.

Love our second refrigerator! Much more room than our old one. We ordered another for our vacation home.

Replaced a Samsung that had a major design flaw. I had decided that companies known for mobile phones and TVs had no business making fridges. Surely Whirlpool, a benchmark brand, would prove more sensible. And then the interior LED lights all went out two weeks before the warranty ended. Learned that they're wired in sequence so if you lose one, you lose them all. Again, terrible design, but no harm, no foul. Today, at 15 months of age it stopped cooling entirely and the condenser motor apparently went out. So now you've blown it, Whirlpool. Is there any such thing as a reliable manufacturer anymore? $3000 gets you a hunk of garbage.

I could write an entire novel about how poorly designed this fridge is and then follow it up with a sequel based on the quality of the parts. When I bought this fridge I was excited! I did my due dil and loved the fact that it was a Whirlpool as their appliances have never failed me. I purchased this fridge in July of 2019. Six months after purchasing it the leds inside the fridge started failing. Given that the light bulbs are so difficult to replace, as well as the motherboard Whirlpool deemed this fridge “not fixable” and replaced it with a brand new one. I was content with that and chalked it up as a fluke and moved on with contentment. Now let the fun begin! 3 weeks ago I notice my ice maker isn’t producing ice. I troubleshoot it by flushing the water line, checking the vents for frost, resetting the fridge, etc. Then one morning the freezer wasn’t as cool as it should’ve been. I checked the temperature and it was 20 degrees. I turned the temperature down and it was always 3-5 degrees warmer than what I had it set at in the fridge and 15+ degrees for the freezer. Finally today a tech came out and filled it with freon and a die to flush out the leak. Apparently good old Whirlpool doesn’t want to foot the bill for another fridge until the proof is in the pudding. The leak will eventually surface and most likely it won’t be repairable due to the way the coils are welded into the fridge. So I’ll be on the third fridge in two and a half years shortly. Thank god I bought the extended warranty because it would’ve cost at least $1,500 to fix this issue. Don’t buy this refrigerator, everything about it is wrong! The cons outweighs the pros by a long shot.
