Fan freezes over and fridge doesn’t not cool. Whirlpool warranty conveniently end at the one year mark. Do NOT purchase.

The overall space usage is very efficient. Compared to larger capacity french door refrigerators from other brands, I find this more spacious and more practical. 2. Good cooling capacity. Keeps things fresh. 3. Very quiet if not making ice. 4. Looks great in our kitchen. 5. The transparent shelves in the main refrigerator make the middle drawer contents visible and creates a sense of openness inside without making the fridge feel cramped. 6. The lighting is excellent and not only the main refrigerator but also every space in the freezer and the middle drawer is visible and looks great. 7. We like the Measured Water Dispensing feature. 8. The air filter, and the vegetable keep fresh filter are really good and effective. 9. The water filter is good cause we like the taste of the water and its really clean. 10. Middle drawer is a great extension and is very very handy. The partitioning of the drawer looks good and come in handy. Dislikes ( I wouldn't call them cons): 1. The lever to press to dispense water is laid so far back that you cannot hold a large bottle with a small neck and push it without spilling water or better use 2 hands with awkward positioning. Need to have small hands. 2. The ice-maker is a BIT not lot noisy. But i think its still quieter than others i have experienced. 3. The water dispenser shut off valve or whatever it is called makes a lot of noise. The first time i felt something just broke and its still loud and sometimes scares all of us especially at night.

This fridge went bad less than 2 years after I bought it. I also had let many Total Tech membership expire (is now renewed) and they wouldn't fix the product. The salles staff, Kevin in particular, have been great to work with. My big issue is of course with Whirlpool and Best Buy policy for mw being a great customer. I have bought all my house appliances from them.

Was looking for a replacement for a 5 year old Samsung when its freezer section stopped working. I didn't want another Samsung and went to the store specifically looking for a Whirlpool. Ending up paying almost $1300 below the MSRP!

Installers put it in and declared it good ( didn’t level it) Ran all weekend and didn’t cool. Ok so i know it was open box but don’t open box items say they are tested? This obviously was not tested. They didn’t have a new one in the store anyway so i went with the open box model because it said it would work. On day two of not working fridge.
