Love this fridge. Lots of space. Only downside - slow ice maker.

My pqrents love their fridge so mutch that when it came to upgrading our applances we have decided to order exact same one. Still waiting for it to be delivers over 2moths of wating. But keeping fingers crossed we will love it as mutch as they are.

Love this frig. I am able to put snacks in the drawer so we are not always getting into the main frig. The shelves are reachable and am able to put serving dishes for parties easily. Only disappointment is the freezer. Top drawer pull out is small so sometimes have an issue as I have hand issues.

I love my new refrigerator! Everything works! Lots of space for anything that you want to keep fresh or cool, great product.

We love our new Whirlpool 4-Door Refrigerator. It has great features inside and outside. We like having the freezer on the bottom, as it provides more space than a side by side. We also like the separate 4th door for items frequently used so we don’t have to open the main compartment. Our delivery was on time and went smoothly with no issues. We are hoping for many years of uninterrupted use.

The first fridge delivered stopped working as soon as I bought food, and I lost a few hundred dollars in food. Whirlpool told me to call Best Buy and apologized for the spoilage. That didn't help me at all. Best Buy just returned it and sent me a new one. The new one has multiple problems that Whirlpool refuses to fix. The left door makes a cracking noise every time I open it. The water dispenser is loud, slow to dispense, and sometimes doesn't shut off so I get water everywhere. One time it was quiet, then I heard a "thunk" and it got loud again. Then a 1" square piece of styrofoam magically appeared in my fridge near the ice maker that I know wasn't there before. I had just cleaned the shelves. The ice is always wet and deformed like it doesn't freeze all the way. The handles are ice cold and water forms on the gasket of the freezer. The 3rd repairman said there is insufficient insulation in the freezer door, a hinge inside the french door is broken, and he can't do anything about the water dispenser. He then tells me it will be 5-6 weeks for parts. This was in September. I made several calls to the repair company without a return call, then was finally told today that Whirlpool was supposed to call me to tell me that they denied every part and the fridge is supposed to work that way. This is unbelievable. Not only am I never going to buy a Whirlpool product again, but I'm telling everyone I know about this. On a related note, this unit replaced a smaller GE Profile, but I can't fit nearly as much food in here as I did the GE. The door shelves are much smaller and the freezer has narrow shelves that cannot be removed (according to the repairman, even though the salesman said they could be removed). If you shop at warehouse clubs, you won't be able to fit anything in the freezer unless you take everything out of the packaging.

Love the look and the space. Huge plus is that the ice maker is on the door and does not take up huge part inside the fridge.

Tons of space, ice/water is quiet. Great lighting and it looks and works great!

We got this as a replacement for a very similar model Maytag fridge. It appears to be the same fridge with different handles and a different drawer set up in the freezer. The Maytag we had kept icing up on the condenser in the freezer and the fan hit the ice making a loud racket. The ice maker worked intermittently also.

Purchased the Whirpool fridge about a month ago and am pleased with it. It has great room and has storage areas that make sense. My only concern is the ice maker seems to be on the slower side of making new cubes.

So far so good. Lots of storage and looks great. Has a gazillion compartments and has a fingerprint free surface.

I love this refrigerator. There is so much room. Many drawers and shelving that fit all items. The freezer has drawers which eliminates everything being buried. Only had it one month. I am hoping it will run for many years without issues. AND it’s Made in the USA

I love the way this fridge looks and the storage capacity. But the fridge does not operate to the level the price would indicate. I have had two of the same fridges and they both have had the same problem as they develop frost in the freezer and at the bottom of the middle drawer. Thank goodness I have geek squad protection. They have been really helpful in trying to fix the issues on my first fridge and getting me my second fridge, but now the second fridge is messing up and I just hate finding time to schedule geek squad appointments. Don’t know why it is having problems.

Love this refridgerator. Plenty of room and easy to organize. the only reason I only gave it four stars is because the measured fill is not accurate. One cup is pretty close but anything more is not

Like the in door ice storage, third drawer in freezer, and separated drawer for lunch meats, beverage cans, etc. Not sure of the purpose of the extra crisper in main fridge-cannot fit much in this storage area. Overall like the fridge and no problems thus far!

We've only had this refrigerator for about a month but it's doing an excellent job. It replaced a Samsung 30 cu ft which had ice maker problems for the onset. Finally the fan motor failed and therefore the refrigerator section didn't have any air circulating and couldn't be repaired.

Love our new refrigerator. Tons of space and area to store anything we would ever need for a family of three. Ice maker didn’t work on our initial one but Best Buy was great about getting us a brand new one within a week. Kind of pricey but the quality is worth it.

I enjoy my new refrigerator. The icemaker works very well. The people were friendly who delivered it. And I had great service at Pacific sales. I especially like the refrigerator drawer and the freezer has more organization it has separate drawers which makes it easier to see your product in the freezer.
