Temp is great. 1st attempted delivery was a bit "shady", while the 2nd pair of drivers and "Bill" the tech assigned to follow up on a small damage issue on the completed delivery, provided outstanding service. The last three individuals, especially Bill, are great representatives of your company. We will purchase products from Best buy again.

The biggest investment of our entire lives! With a new house, we needed a new fridge! Our sales team at the South County Branch in St.Louis MO was absolutely satisfactory! We love our new fridge!! My wife made the executive decision to buy our new Whirlpool, which was the right decision! We have a huge family, so to be able to store everything in this gigantic fridge is an absolute convenience! We couldn’t be more happier with this product, and I would recommend Whirlpool everyone!

Delivery went well except they damaged a door handle and didn’t tell me about it. Able to go thru Geek Squad who were very helpful and a new handle was delivered and rep will install!

I have already had SEVEN going on EIGHT technicians come to my house to identify the problem, but none of them have been able to provide a solution. The fridge keeps freezing my food and has excessive condensation on the seals. If I don't clean it every day, mold starts to grow, WHICH IS A SEVERE FOOD SAFETY ISSUE! My warranty expires in May, and I was informed that if the technicians are unable to diagnose the problem, I would have to pay out of pocket for any future visits. TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES SENSE!!!! I WAS SOLD A DEFECTIVE UNIT! IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX IT!! I regret purchasing this fridge, and I'm writing this review to caution others against making the same mistake. I advise you NOT TO BUY this fridge!

What she said and a work perfect I’m so happy with my items I need this so bag I was with out a refrigerator for 5 months
