Moved into new built home that had Whirlpool appliances, so went this route. Coming from a home where I had replaced all the appliances with LG, it's tough to rate this beyond average. Spend the extra $'s for higher end brands.

We called whirlpool after it was delivered, there seems to be a missing bin right door bottom. They said no, but I could buy one . Why is there a space only a small bin will fit but no small bin in that space. I cannot understand this. May be a good refrigerator but we are off to a bad start.

Love the size and how quite it is. A ton a storage space

I’ve had this fridge for a week. Really disappointed in its performance, no matter what temperature it is set to all of the door shelves are always above 40 degrees, what’s the point of selves that can accommodate a gallon of milk if you can’t put milk there because of temperature? It does not matter what temperature I set the fridge to, I tested them with multiple refrigerator thermometers and my Fluke Laser temperature gauge. Even if don’t open the fridge for long periods of time doors are above 40 degrees. Interior selves are cooler but only go to around 38 degrees even if I set it to 34. You can select the temperature in the fridge but can’t see what the actual temp is, this seems pretty odd to me but maybe it’s because changing the temperature does little to nothing in temp change. The water pressure and temperature of water was another thing my old whirlpool was much better at probably because that fridge had a filter that was twice as big. The water coming out of this one isn’t much colder than at the tap. I am so glad I still have my old French door whirlpool in the garage because this one is getting returned. I really wanted to like this fridge it looks really nice on the inside and I liked the shelves, but it should keep a decent temperature throughout the whole interior.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator! What a joy is to open the doors and see everything. I love the design as this is the first time having a freezer at the bottom. It's amazing how the same size refrigerator holds so much more than old model I had for so many years. Thank you to the sales team at Best Buy!

I liked the look and size of this fridge before buying and though that functionally it would be great but it has a few quirks. The size of selves and drawers are small and the freezer seems to be smaller than I thought. Overall the fridge it good but I may have bought a different one knowing what I do now.

It has lots of room, a place for everything, open door indicator, very bright inside...sleek design. Love it!

So far, so good. At times it is a bit noisey, and with our family room, dinette area, and kitchen, all one room, there are those moments. Also, the ice control button, between cubes and crushed ice, would be better if they were separated. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the unit.

Very spacious with adjustable shelves. Very bright LEDs illuminate the interior. Also the pizza section in the freezer is a nice touch.

Love our new refrigerator. Lower freezer holds more items than we thought it would and the refrigerator space is great. The only downside is that it is noisy…strange noises.

I just had this Whirlpool refrigerator delivered two months ago and its operating great. This Whirlpool refrigerator is replacing a Samson Refrigerator I have a Samsung refrigerator (model RF25HMEDBSR/AA) that keeps icing up. Never buy a Samson appliance! Samson does not stand by their product and refused to repair it.

Nice big fridge with clean lines. We are enjoying all the space.

I love this refrigerator. My other refrigerator broke down last February and broke down again this February. I comparison shopped and found the best deal at Best Buy. I ordered the new Whirlpool-26.8 Cu. Ft. French door Refrigerator online. It was easy to do and had this great new one in less than a week. Very happy with it. Lots of room and freezer has a compartment for pizzas. I would highly recommend it.

Great refrigerator. So far so issues. Inside looks deceptively small but has a lot options for adjustment so it actually fits a lot of items. Love the lighting. Think there are seven leds in it. It’s the brightest inside I have ever seen. Ice maker makes good size cubes. The one concern is that the drawers and freezer take a bit more effort to open so I wonder how they will hold up but the build quality seems very good so it might not be an issue down the road. Some have said it doesn’t cool well but I have found it works very well.

The refrigerator was a great purchase to complete my kitchen upgrade to stainless steel. The open door alarm is great; but to be honest, it takes quite a bit of time to activate. If ruining out of the house in a hurry, I could’ve been pulling in at work by the time the alarm notified me that the door was ajar. Also, the ice maker motor is somewhat noisy is you’re a light sleeper like me. Maybe I’ll get used to it. It does not seem to bother anyone else in the household. Other than that, I’m quite pleased with my purchase.

Great value for the money - so many great spaces for everything. Makes great ice and quickly. Freezer drawer is very well organized as well - holds a lot more than my Old GE. Best Buy delivery was quick and easy - purchased in my local store from a very knowledgeable sales person.

Not a huge fan of the way the ice machine and water come out. Seems difficult and hard for smaller cups. Overall it is a very nice fridge. I enjoy the special drawer for 12 pack of cans as well as the pizza box slot in the freezer. I do wish the freezer drawers opened up differently. The double layer is akward when opening and closing.
