    I online shopped for this unit and found only Best Buy could deliver it in two days. Others said two to three weeks. Price was in the middle of other offers, but it's installed NOW, and not 'on the way', or 'being processed for shipment'. I didn't install it when if first arrived, as our hot water heater sprung a leak from a cracked tank. That came first, and it's now remedied with a new hot water heater. On to the microwave install, with trim kit. Matched this up with a 2.2 cu ft, 27" Whirlpool microwave. Had to have the built in look over our Whirlpool 27" oven. The cabinet opening for the MO was 1/2 in to tall, but 1/2 in too narrow. So, I widened it with a reciprocating saw, then added a 5/8 piece of plywood to the bottom of the shelf, before installing the bottom metal plate. Now, no gaps. Perfect. Looks great. Very satisfied
