It was past the return date( I had to wait for a handyman ) and so I could not return it. I had stopped buying things from Best Buy partly due to quality concerns. This time I had to because I needed the right product match. And as I feared, the quality was poor

Will be returning and building a cabinet shelf. Retrofitting and old house is not so easy.

It was missing all the screws when my installer opened the box. He had to go out and buy them which cost me more for the install. Very disappointed to not get what I paid for! I was in a bind since the installer was here, so had to use what I was sent.

Love the color and fit, but not the side of it

But the sides of this kit are open in a way that you can actually see silver metal pieces and into the sides of the Microwave so it's definitely not a great look. We are trying to figure out what we can put in between there at some point that would make it not so obvious and stand out so much. We bought this without seeing it and based on suggestion of our in-home advisor.
