The delivery crew assembled the parts, but middle drawer dividers were missing. The crew stated that the dividers were not part of my purchase, but they were obviously wrong. Best Buy needs to fix this problem; they stated that they would deliver a brand new refrigerator, but that is too much stress on my wife and me, to prepare once again for a whole new unit. My wife has severe Dementia and I am her primary Caregiver. Disruptions such as prepping for a new fridge, moving food from one fridge to another, coordinating a new date, etc, is now doubly taxing on us. Just send us the new dividers!!! Frank Bonsiero

Is sad to include paid cash. And now I'm told i missed out on 15 return policy
