Bought this one thinking it was the logical choice (& there aren't many options for 27" ovens), but this does not fit in the same space as my older 27" Whirlpool oven. It's deeper & won't slide all the way in. Whirlpool has a fit guarantee, which I will follow through on, but it's a hassle to arrange for contractors & pay out of pocket for modifications. Oven is average. Seems to have fewer features than the older model.

The oven was not level and not installed correctly. They did not leave the extra parts, especially one that I needed which is the extended vent. Customer service went nowhere and it’s impossible to talk to a supervisor. I was on the phone for over an hour waiting for a supervisor.

New Wall Oven - Looks Good

I have seen reviews that say the cooling fan is noisy and stays on for a long time, however I have not experienced this at all. In fact the fan is hardly notice if at all! It does take a while to learn the controls, but I did.

He was friendly, knowledgeable and neat, cleaning his debris. The install took only 20 minutes. I usually don’t write reviews. I bought the oven and paid for it. How does that constitute an obligation to pen pressured purchase praise?

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this item almost exactly 2 years ago (brand new) along with an entire suite of appliances (including a slide in oven which is what we usually use). This wall oven unit has less than 1,000 minutes of use since purchased. This weekend when I went to wipe it down so I could use it, I cut my hand. Apparently the lip of my oven exploded and left tiny shards of enamel at the bottom of the oven. No reason or explanation as to how this happened (FYI I have never used the self-cleaning (not even sure if there is one as I've never need it) so no reason it should have exploded (is the only way I can describe the interior). It will need replacing. Not good. Does work fine though, when it has been used.
