You must remember to catch spills by putting a piece of foil on the lower rack and not on the floor bottom of the oven or it will remove the finish.

We were changing from white to stainless steel. We purchased this oven and 14 months later the upper heating element blew up. I think Whirlpool only has one year warranty on the oven, but it has been 14 months! We emailed whirlpool but haven't heard anything back. Still trying to call and get a hold of someone.
