    The clock and date continuously reset back to Jan 1 12:00…the oven temperature is significantly different than the temp we set it for…the microwave door doesn’t shut properly, do not buy this appliance. It’s expensive and made very cheaply. What a huge disappointment in the product and with Best Buy.

    We have only had this new unit for a month, but so far we are extremely pleased with it. Operation is very simple as long as you have a basic background in using a touch screen. All very intuitive and easy to find directions for just about anything you need to do. Without lots of description here, there are loads of cool features available for both the microwave and the oven. Convection cooking is very easy to get used to due to the way Whirlpool programmed the controls... enter conventional cooking times and temps and it suggests new ones for using convection. Now, we just hope it holds up for a good long time. Our last GE unit like this bit the dust after nine years.

    I had it installed a little over a year ago, mother board is already broke. Very disappointed in it. Had to touch to many times to use either the microwave or oven, definitely not a one touch and use. Now the touch part is broke and cost $600 to replace. The appliance repair company said don't expect to have it quickly. I've spent a lot of money in Best Buy over the last few years and offered no help. Disappointed in this purchase!!!

    Bought appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, downdraft and oven) from Best Buy just after fourth of July 2023. It’s almost Christmas (December 2023) and I am still waiting for the correct oven size (Best Buy consultant came to my home to make sure it was the right size). The downdraft and ovens were not the correct sizes. Best Buy has cancelled my appointments multiple times (including today). BB said my oven was the wrong size only the be found they measured wrong. I would never use Best Buy again!

    Microwave stopped working Day 1; can't get parts.

    After waiting 6 weeks for delivery, the microwave oven stopped working right after the installer left. I had to wait a week for a service technician to return, who ordered replacement parts for a brand new microwave. I then had to wait another week to be told best case delivery on parts will be another two weeks but it might take longer. So at best I will get a working microwave 1 month after the day it was installed and even that is uncertain. This isn't your parents' or grandparents' Whirlpool. We actually like the user interface and the standard oven is working fine.

    Horrible purchase. We bought it in February and in the last 4 months it has been repaired three times with each repair lasting less than a week—the most recent worked for 1 use. The entire control panel has been replaced and still does not work. Each repair period from the time it goes out, get through to Whirlpool (can take as long as an hour on hold), to technician coming to diagnose issue, order part, and then actually repair can take up to three weeks each time. And all this while being quarantined due to Covid and needing an oven to cook meals for the family. Worst purchase we’ve ever made! And still Whirlpool wants to repair it and NOT replace the unit. At $3k and less than 6 months old it should work perfectly 100% of the time. DO NOT BUT THIS ITEM!!! Hopefully the other Whirlpool items we purchased at the same time (Fridge, range top, dishwasher—almost $8k in total) won’t be as disappointing.

    A bit of a learning curve. Download the whirlpool app on your smart phone, scan a QR code and whammo, your oven is online! Many, many features.

    Two units installed, neither functional

    We had this installed two weeks ago. It made a horrible noise and needed to be replaced. The replacement unit does the same thing. Second replacement is on back order. Thus far Best Buy’s customer service has been good, but I am starting to sense their frustration in dealing with this, and they aren’t giving me an estimate of when the new oven will be in. Hopefully they continue to see this through as they are not the ones who spent almost 3k on a piece of garbage.

    I had to wait for over 6 weeks to get it & the microwave only worked for less than 24 hours! ! Yes it's being replaced but guess what it's going to take ANOTHER 6 weeks to get the replacement! The installer did not give me a "demo" & believe me it's complicated & the multiple users manuals aren't very user friendly. They didn't have masks, either. The Geek squad support was the worst I've ever experienced.

    I can only review the purchase, because I still have not received the oven. I assume the over cook's like all other ovens, but the videos online make the functions look awesome. I cant wait to get it, only 1 more month. No worries, I have only been waiting one and a half months already.
