It took me a few times to figure it out but once I did ... WOW! I really like it. Very roomy inside. I thought it would be small but boy was I wrong.

Hopefully there's an online video to walk me though on how to use the many features!

We used a Best Buy consultant to make sure it would be correct. This is the 2nd time a a Best Buy appliance gone wrong with this order (downdraft is still wrong). Would hesitate to purchase another product with Best Buy.
