Great so far. Ice maker in the door gives a lot of extra freezer space.

I just bought it not even a month & in the freezer the side holder/ side shelve just fell & has a cracked/ chipped, now it won’t even hold when you put it. Very disappointed. Can you please change the side holder ?

Suffers from a painfully low-volume ice-maker. The ice tray in this unit will produce 10 small cubes per cycle. The frequency of "a cycle" is the issue, as it is SLOW. I have included a photo below of the ice production over an uninterrupted 11 hour period. Maybe 30 to 40 ice cubes. This does not support a family of 3, in daily usage. Upon contacting Whirlpool, a service representative was sent out. Their solution was to replace the ice maker. The result was zero change in performance. Today marked out second visit from the service rep. They had no resolution, and thus got on the phone with Whirlpool for possible solutions. Per the Whirlpool rep, "it is a small ice-maker, good for about 100 to 120 cubes per day". I have included the documentation from the service representative, essentially saying that slow ice production is "normal" for this model. If you are a single person household, this may be adequate for your needs. Otherwise, my recommendation is that you avoid this unit.

Great fridge for our laundry room for drinks and overflow food/frozen items only thing that would make it better is if you could fit pans in the freezer (would only work if freezer space was the width of fridge instead of split into halves. But overall works perfect for our small space in the laundry room

I am extremely happy with this purchase. It's roomy and there are lots of possibilities for personal organization, as all the shelving can be placed where it best works for you. The temp is accurate as I put a thermometer inside to check it. Fingerprints are non-existent. It's quiet and everything works as expected. The price was reasonable.

Right Size, quality feel, and was exactly what I was looking for. Great price and has everything we needed for family of 8. I lookforward to many years of service and already hope to purchase one for our other home.

Great size for family of five. Fast cooling and easy access to most compartments. Water and ice dispenser are simple to use. Overall the refrigerator has been performing well for the month we've had it, plus it looks good.

Look great the only I notice the ice maker take time to make a lot of Ice. since yesterday we only get like maybe if I count it, maybe only 17pcs for 24 hours

I am giving 3 stars due to I unwrap my $2000 whirlpool and were somewhere between me buying it and finally having it in my new home and we Unwrapped it, it has a big dent in the bottom were they must have put there foot in the back bottom to tilt it and move! This is the CRAP I get so frustrated with. They know they do this and wont own it.

We just got it and looks amazing. We had to pay extra money for this color because the original one we purchased stainless steel, was supposed to be delivered on September 27 but for some reason they didn’t have it and nobody told us, so we paid over $250 extra for the same product to have it delivered early.

This refrigerator was one of 2 available when I bought it. It’s loud. The doors and handles were misaligned. One door handle is now half off the door.

Great space and everything cools just fine. The water measure feature is very cool too.

This fridge is huge, but even though it makes ice i wish it made more and faster.
