Washes and cleans great! We’ve had the agitator make loud noises but it has not currently impeded the ability of this washer to work. Will be looking at the commercial drier next!

It broke after 3 and we have had the protection company come out two different times since March-May and it has yet to be fixed. Each appt is a week or more out. And they don't care. We have been without a washer for SO long. Will never recommend or purchase this machine again. Or the protection plan that does not work.

The extended service company should be abiding by the terms and conditions of your extended warranty.
