    If you don't have to don't buy this washer! From day one the washer was shaking and making grinding noises. We had to wait another 3 weeks for Best Buy to deliver a new one. Another thing changing the factory set coin pricing is very time consuming.....

    Second machine delivered, and both are leaked water from the bottom. Delivery people need to stay put until the machine.

    Got this so called commercial unit recently but it broke down last week. I replaced an aging unit that was working perfectly for the sake of my tenants. Will have to call a Whirlpool repair person since there is a one year warranty. Not happy.
