    The first washer arrived with a dent. They replaced with a new one. Then I saw the dented on for sale at the shop at an even lower price than what they offered as compensation. Taking less money for the dented one plus they are out the money for labor of replacement. Just something to think about.

    Thought I was getting the same model that I’d had previously, but it’s slightly smaller and so much louder! Still happy with the product but now I close the laundry room door because it’s just so loud.

    I love love love this washer. It’s simple to use. It’s got a number of wash choices without having too many that make it confusing. I put it on the Best Buy card so that I have time to pay it off.
