This washer is great, I love the ability to remove the center agitator when I'm washing bully items like blankets. I'm a big center agitator stan, so this washer was perfect for me when my old washer gave up the ghost

I purchased the newer version of what I had. I want a simple, reliable washer without all the fancy gadgets. This one fits the bill. I like the stainless steel drum and the automatic water fill feature (which is new). I do not need one of those large capacity machines.

Replace a 11yr old Whirlpool due to shocks wore out. Yay a new Whirlpool washer was purchased 6/14/2024 w/salesman Ish on sale WTW4957PW $530 + hoses + take away + installation $0.00 tax. Delivery on Mon 6/17/2024 (4hr window) perfect by Luis called a head to know exact time. I've since washed rugs and bulky sheets.

There are many options on this machine. The "deep water wash" only fills up to the holes on the machine; not to the top. The spin cyle does make ALOT of noise. Hopefully that is normal..?

Really great washer, removable agitator, washing clothes really clean. The only drawback is the one I bought doesn’t have a fabric softener dispenser

I like this appliances. Work well. Easy to run, and very affordable.

The washer and dryer is excellent and the refrigerator is big enough for two people.

I absolutely love this machine, however, after having it for only a week or 2, it wouldn't fill with water. The Geek Squad came out and they couldn't make it work either. They called Whirlpool and they couldn't fix the problem either. They suggested we exchange it for another one. We are waiting for the new one to arrive. This happened in April. The new one is expected to arrive in mid June. All that and I still love the machine. It has a removable agitator which is awesome if washing blankets,etc., and I love the dials. Just something haywire with the electronics. Also, Best Buy has been awesme through all this.

There were no problems with the installation The washer works great.

It sure is much better then the one I had but I didn’t feel it was right for me to pay more for another washer and a new warranty. It wasn’t my fault it was a lemon.

So far I love it, it’s getting the job done. The only thing I have to get use to, is the fact that it does not fill up with water with the door open. My old washer did its time.

Great purchase and great value I really liked the 2 n 1 agitator with the flexible to do larger items with the removable agitator. The stainless steel basket was a plus. The knobs are easy to see and use.

The Washer that I purchased is easy to use and not too computerized. I think seniors that need a new washer would like to use it.
